  Why do they allow you to book a rental at 1 p.m. on a sunday, when thats the time they close? they told me theres a 30 min grace period to turn in a rental. They let me book it, get there about 8 mins late, and they refuse to process my rental because theyre closed, according to employee! Totally unprofessional. Contacted and spoke to someone. They took down info and said corporate will call. Nothing yet? Been checking voicemail and call logs . no voice mails and no recognizable enterprise numbers have callled?

  Horrible and disgusting corporation! They gave us a liable vehicle and put my family and I in a life or death situation! We were stuck in the middle of nowhere and they're roadside service was no help and we had to get our own roadside service and pay out of our own pocket to go to the nearest enterprise to get a new vehicle, which was a total distance of a 2 hour drive! Went to go speak to a manager the following day and we talked to Gabriel and he gave us his word that our refund was going to be returned from the rental and roadside service that we had to pay a total of $500.00! He said that Edward his corporate manager was going to give us a call about the situation, never did. Then Gabriel calls me saying that it wasn't him that was going to contact me that is was some lady named Morgan that was going to contact me, but that she was in vacation for 2 weeks! That was a lie! 2 weeks pass by and never received a call. So I try to call Gabriel and 3 of there representatives all lied to me, one saying he comes in later, so I call later and the second one tells me hes helping a costumer that he'll call me back multiple hours pass by and no call back, so I call back and the third one tells me hes not in! Till this day I have received nothing! I call corporate no one ever available, I call the this location office no help or lies. The fact that they put my family and I in a life or death situation with liable vehicle and dont care! Or not even try to refund us at least for our roadside service that we had to pay, is a disgusting and lying corporation that I will NEVER do business with them again!

  Want to give a shout out to this place always dependable,, the young men that helped us with the pick up and return was very positive and good high energy. One of them was young with curly brown hair.the other young man had some tattoos.. Gosh Im bad with names but we were in n out there in 15 min Thanks guys Will rent again(:
