I've been to this location twice in the past month, once for after a motor vehicle collision and another time today because the Audi dealership was out of loaner vehicles. I've had a pleasant experience with the staff both times. The first time I was there during a Saturday and it was packed. There was one staff at the front, she was a lady, and she did an awesome job remembering who came and greeted everyone new who walked in the door. There was another girl there who showed me options for vehicles who was also very professional and asked if i needed any additional coverage prior to showing me the vehicle. today i was there, and was greeted by a gentleman and I was in and out in a relatively short time frame. Chris showed me to the vehicle and also asked if i needed any additional coverage or options. everyone there seems really pleasant and i had a great experience both times

Nick and Hung always exceed expectations. They welcome me with a smile, offer help before I ask, and get the job done!
