    Want to give a shout out to this place always dependable,, the young men that helped us with the pick up and return was very positive and good high energy. One of them was young with curly brown hair.the other young man had some tattoos.. Gosh Im bad with names but we were in n out there in 15 min Thanks guys Will rent again(:

    They will not pick up the phone to speak with you, the pick it up and immediately transfer you to the enterprise reservation line. I needed to speak with the local office and four times got transferred without a chance to speak.

    This place can get busy as any car rental place but Gabriel and Joe are absolutely amazing. Gabriel helped me at point of contact and was very respectful and straight forward. If management sees this, give that man Gabriel an award for his customer service. The only reason I would ever rent another car from Enterprise would be because of his service. I would give these guys 10/10 stars if I could.

    The enterprise team in Riverside off Indiana is awesome. They are always busy but have great customer service, clean cars and are always willing to find a car with the features I need.

    They tried to over charge me and now they have a hold on 2 transactions . One for $275 and one for $850.06. Then when I returned the car instead of just charging the extra day , they tried to charge my card $591.45!! For what ??? Now they did a hard close on the account and now I have to wait till my money is released so that I can come in and pay my bill of $866. They are crooks trying to take your money if you don't pay attention to what they are doing
