  The agent was overworked but he still remained professional and friendly. We will definitely use Enterprise again.

  Scheduled to pick up at La Sierra Location at 8 am on 6/17 upon arrival I was informed that the vehicle was delivered at the Van Buren Location, so I had to drive several miles to the location only to find the office closed cause the employee did not show up. Call original office on hold for 15 minutes only to have phone disconnect. Called again was told to go to Indiana Location where I had to explain everything to them. Finally got the vehicle around 9:30 am.. I was late to my destination along with 6 other people. Ana the manager at the Indiana location was very cooperative, but too little too late. I expect some response and retribution for the inconvenience experienced.

  Ray Cota gave us the worst customer service ever. We have been renting from enterprise for over 15 years. We made a reservation for a car rental at 6am to be reserved for 6 pm the same day. We called the enterprise branch multiple times to let them know we were coming. No answer for a whole hour! We show up and the doors were locked. We could see Ray and another gentleman watching the basketball game through the glass windows. Ray apologized for having the door locked. He then tells us that he doesn't have our car rental available and wanted to charge us full price for other options. He said he could not honor what we originally reserved. He was extremely unprofessional. He said that he doesn't know much because he just started working at enterprise so he's not responsible??? I asked him why didn't he call us to inform us like enterprise usually does in a situation like this. He said he just got to work at 3pm and is just helping out this branch. I told him that was unprofessional. He had more than enough time to look at his rental reservations for the day and his inventory. He could have gave us a call to let us know that he doesn't have the car we originally reserved or he could have answered our calls! This inconvenience could have been avoided. Unfortunately we left without a rental. I had to cancel my mother's cancer treatment because of this. I plan to take this complaint up to Enterprise headquarters.

  I booked a car here for a work trip. They even picked me up since its near my home and it was convenient. Minus because they don't offer drives during the last part of their posted business hours. I was willing to wait because I saw they were busy but was refused outright. The manager gave me a $15 credit, ostensibly to pay for the Uber. I appreciate the thought but it wasn't really helpful either since it has to go through reimbursement and I won't actually get that credited money back. I wish they actually maintained their operations through close of business instead.
