  I wish I could give minus Stars. Bought a car in April I have had nothing but problems with it. The staff is unresponsive and they lied about my current warranty the car has been to the shop three or four times. And still came back unfixed. They said the new parts were put on but the same sticker marks were there. They tried to do a switch for a much higher price and told me the loan was already funded. They did not even realize I had extended warranty and gap. You contact the corporate office and legal department does nothing. They sold me a car with an exposed side airbag which is a safety hazard and an infotainment system that did not work. Overall their customer service is horrific. They do not care about the customers they only want the money worst service I've ever had. Unfortunately I have to pursue them legally

  Bought a car at Riverside ca office , it is so much better than dealing with retail dealers, in and out , car is priced to sell , the car we purchased is extremely clean , go see Rick at Enterprise car sales , tell him exactly what you want , it will be there when you arrive , for me I bought the first car he set aside

  I want to take a moment to sincerely thank Enterprise and especially Kevin for the outstanding service he provided throughout my vehicle purchase. I recently purchased a 2023 Chevy Malibu from Enterprise, and what I expected to be a straightforward process turned into a two-day experience because of my own disorganization. Through it all, Kevin remained patient, professional, understanding, and committed to helping me every step of the way. Even when things became complicated, Kevin never gave up on me. He took the time to explain everything, answer my questions, and make sure I understood the process. His patience and dedication made a huge difference, and because of his help, I was able to leave Enterprise with a vehicle I’m very happy with. Kevin truly went above and beyond, and I appreciate the way he treated me with respect and kindness throughout the entire process. Customer service like this deserves recognition. Thank you, Kevin, and thank you to Enterprise for having someone like him on your team. I’m grateful for all your help and for sticking with me until the very end! Thanks
