    Camping world has the worst customer service I have experienced. My vehicle sat for days without being worked on, making me miss days for my vacation. Poor communication, lying, lack of knowledge of products and zero accountability for their mistakes.

    Four months and still our trailer repair is not finished! Took our travel trailer here because it was supposed to be a guaranteed shop for Farmers Insurance. Repair still not complete. New part they said they had disappeared. Trying to get another part. Expected a lot better from Camping World.

    Be advised, we had or RV floor completely replaced under the factory warranty due to yellowing. When we dropped it off for the original repair the service writer had mentioned they are now opened by Camping World. Fast forward and the floor is yellowing again. I reached out yo the service department and they said they would contact the manufacturer. After multiple follow ups and several weeks later I was told the manufacturer won't cover this. Then I was told by Daniel at Camping world since the repair paperwork says Richardsons RV on it they are not responsible. A simple search shows Camping world was the owner at the time of my repair. I'm shocked that they would even try this. There was zero attempt to work with us on this matter. I now have to involve my attorney which is absolutely ridiculous.
