  Steven was a great service advisor at Camping World Service Center. He communicated really well throughout the entire process, even though the job took some time. He kept me informed and made sure I understood what was going on. I really appreciated his professionalism, patience, and excellent customer service.

  Excellent experience from Camping World! When I called, Shelly in service answered the phone and she was very friendly and told me they were able to do the firmware update on my Entegra Ethos van. Since I was coming from far away, I was told I could wait for the work to be done, When I arrived, Steven Contreras was my assigned service rep. and he too was very friendly and knowledgeable. Besides the firmware update, they also fixed my driver side rear pull down window shade. While there, Steven investigated my digital cable issues as well. He informed me I needed a new booster plate. Steven ordered the part immediately and the repair was performed the following week, again while I waited. A wonderful experience all around from the service center at Camping World! The prices were fair and the staff and work performed were excellent. Will definitely be back.

  Camping world has the worst customer service I have experienced. My vehicle sat for days without being worked on, making me miss days for my vacation. Poor communication, lying, lack of knowledge of products and zero accountability for their mistakes.

  I purchased my 5th RV this time from Richardson and the sales team was great. Then again they all are if they weren't they would be out of business. The true test is the service department. This is where I find them lacking. I took my new 39" toy hauler in for those things that the manufacture messed up. They had the trailer for two weeks before they verified my findings. Then my support rep took vacation then had to take more time off due to sickness. After two additional weeks I left several voice mails but not knowing he was out I was getting upset. When someone is out it appears no one picks up the work. They have to get approval from manufacture to make the repairs which wasn’t done till later. I called the manager and he was able to get my case updated and processed. They fixed everything but the leaking hydraulic legs and the entry door frame. I was told it would take 5 weeks for the parts to arrive. I called my support rep 6 weeks later and he was able to tell me the parts arrived last week. He would have contacted me but he was out sick that week. Then why did I have to call him a week after returning to work? Again no one to step up and take over his work while out. So I have to take it back in for repairs. In my 3 camping trips I have found more items that need repair. From talking to other new RV owners no one is happy with Dealer Service. So overall I guess they are just like all the other dealers. Nothing sets them apart from the rest.
