  We purchased a brand-new 2025 Open Range travel trailer from Camping World in Riverside, and unfortunately, our experience has been extremely disappointing from the very beginning. Once we signed the paperwork and paid for the trailer, the level of customer service completely changed. They brought the trailer to the front and left us to hook it up ourselves without even completing a proper final inspection or walkthrough. Since purchasing the trailer, we have experienced numerous problems, many of which we reported, but little to nothing was done to properly address them. The most serious incident happened when the hubs/wheel components on the driver’s side failed while we were driving, causing the wheels to come off and go into oncoming traffic. Thankfully, no one was injured, but the incident caused even more damage to our trailer and could have resulted in a very serious accident. We immediately contacted Camping World and explained everything that had happened. We were told they would assist us, but after initially communicating with us, they essentially disappeared and stopped providing meaningful help. For a trailer that was purchased brand new, this entire experience has been unacceptable—from the condition and ongoing problems with the RV to the lack of support after a serious safety-related failure. Horrible customer service and an extremely disappointing experience. I would strongly recommend shopping elsewhere before purchasing an RV here. Once the sale was completed, we felt like we were left on our own to deal with the problems.

  Wanted to update my last review , and thank all who made my second visit worth it . There were some hiccups along the way , regarding the first visit . Lewis , the sales manager was able to make it up for me . The day I went to put the rest of my down payment , down I was greeted by a great team . Will , was exceptional at showing me the ins and outs of my rv , and Stephanie made paperwork a breeze . If it weren’t for these 3 people I mentioned , my experience wouldn’t have turned out the way it did .

  We shopped around a few RV stores before coming to the Riverside location of Camping World. Our sales associate Kerry Collins made the experience a good one. He was knowledgeable about the trailers and showed us what we were looking for. He allowed us time to consider our options and was responsive to all of our questions. I would recommend Camping World Riverside to anyone looking for an RV.

  Do not order sports equipment online! I ordered a paddleboard and did not get the one I wanted. The one I wanted is no longer on website, must of ran out. My order number also changed from purchase to delivery. It told me to take it to a store. This did not work. Got the run around. Manager said no go to another store and try. Instead of wasting more fuel I called the 800#. They would accept the return but I had to pay for the shipping, thats a large 25# box. $45+ according to fed ex. I now have a red paddleboard I do not want. Hopefully someone wants it for Christmas. I guess I'll stick with Amazon. This is ridiculous. Also orders take way too long to reach you.

  June 5th put a $5000. Deposit on a B+ RV. It was being transported to Mennifee, Ca. Camping World. It was totaled during transfer. Today is the 19th of June. I have yet received my deposit back. I was told by Dominique that he would process. So far nothing. I am not satisfied with the lack of follow thru..
