  We were on our way home from a road trip when we got a flat tire. Another tire shop had turned us away, and we were starting to worry that we wouldn’t make it home. These guys helped us right away, didn’t charge us anything, and gave us peace of mind. We’re incredibly grateful for their kindness and highly recommend them!

  My left passenger tire got a screw stuck close to the side wall. I thought it might not be repairable. Im new to the area, searched nearest tire shop to me. Im glad I went to Bud's. I took advantage of their promotion, and got my tire fixed for free! Thank you Bud's Tire Pros! I'm happy!

  I took my 09 mini cooper in because of a vacuum leak. I had owned the car for a couple of months, diving in 60 mi a day, 5 days a week with no issues. It had 87000 mi on it. I had called and asked if they had a mechanic that knew about bmw and coopers, they said yes. They had the car for a day or two and called me with what they found. They didn't really find a vacuum leak, but they told me the engine was basically shot and that I need a new one. It didn't make since to me, I had driven it for 2 months, the engine felt strong. I told them not to worry about it, and to put is back together, i would take it home. When I tried to drive it home (about 3 blocks), I barely made it. The car was back firing, chugging, and had extreme loss of power. Now all it does is turnover, but one fire. I didn't bother them to take fix it because I was so angry and I am not going to pay a company to fix a problem that ( I believe) they created. I took a car that was running just fine to them and got back a car that could barely make it 3 blocks. It was a mistake to take that car to them, I have taken other cars/trucks to them in the past, service was good, vehicle was fixed just fine, but not the cooper. P.S. I had another mechanic check the car when I first got it, no compression loss, now firing issued, just a coolant leak in the back. He also replaced the valve cover for me

  I’ve been a customer for over 6 years and I must say customer service has declined over the course of 2 years. The last incident occurred about 2 months ago when we had brought in our Kia for an oil change. I brought the car in around 9 am and I was informed that it would be done that day. I waited until around 5:00 to ask on the status of the vehicle and I was told they got busy wand was not able to perform the oil change and that I could leave the car overnight. I decided to pull the car and bring it to another shop. If things like this should happen, I should have received a courtesy call to let me know. This is terrible service and put a sour taste in my mouth. I decided to start taking all my vehicles elsewhere.

  I had an unfortunate chain of negative. events that led me to never want to deal with this establishment again ( one star is more than they deserve). I bought a set of tires and one was going low. My wife went to have it checked and it took them 2 hours. They said they had to do an entire inspection of the vehicle ( for a low tire). We later brought it in so a brake inspection. A few days later, the brake caliper came off from the top. It was making a noise.I took it to the dealer, and they discovered it the damage. I went back to buds where they denied removing a bolt. They were the only ones to touch those brakes in years and they claim it just fell out. We share this regularly on our local social media, as well as others sharing their stories. Whomever bought and is managing this buds have ruined it. That includes other tire shops other local tire shops owned by this investment. company.
