I want to share how Fransisco an Auto Zone employee in Riverside/University did an Amazing job. I can't help but share how excellent his customer service was. Francisco had so much patience with my car and myself (as a female who doesn't know anything about cars) and was able to change my battery that apparently (other places don't change) I appreciate his hard work and friendly character. I hope all can recognize his person. Autozone you are very lucky to have such a compassionate employee.

Came to autozone and had the best experience. Mark helped us out with what we needed and changed the part out for us. Best service hands down. Thanks Mark.

I tell you what, if you need parts for your vehicle, you go see Jordan over at the AutoZone. Now, I’m a man who believes in doing things right. I replace my oil every 3,000 miles, I grease my own chassis, and I don't care much for fancy talk when all I need is a simple oil filter and a fresh set of wiper blades for the truck. Most of these young fellas at the auto supply stores look at you like you're speaking plain Japanese when you ask for a standard spark plug gap tool. Not Jordan. That fella knows his way around a motor. I came in the other afternoon—hotter than a summer afternoon in Arlen—because the battery on the Sierra was acting up. Jordan didn't try to sell me some overpriced, flashy gadget I didn't need. No sir. He grabbed his testing unit, walked right out to the parking lot, and checked the cold cranking amps with the respect a good battery deserves. Turns out the alternator was fine, but the terminal had a bit of corrosion on it. He showed me the right wire brush, recommended a tube of dielectric grease, and had me fixed up in under ten minutes. That boy has a good, firm handshake and an eye for quality craftsmanship. He understands the value of proper maintenance and customer service, and that is a rare thing these days, I tell you what. AutoZone’s got themselves a top-notch employee in Jordan. Five stars. (And if you're reading this, Jordan, thanks again for the tip on that rust inhibitor. Works like a charm.)
