  I recently had the pleasure of working with Charles at Auto Zone on La Sierra and Indiana. The staff were very helpful knowledgeable and friendly Charles immediately found the exact battery I needed as well as the replacement connections. He even carried it to my car. Highly recommend this specific store for their customer service. Thank you

  Stopped by last week for some parts. Peter and Maria were the ones who helped me out. They were both very kind, professional, and quick to find and order the parts I needed. Great service, I would highly recommend this location over the others.

  I had an outstanding experience at AutoZone thanks to Damian. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted and welcomed in by Maria, while Maria was assisting a customer, Damian came from the back and greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcomed. I came in because my check engine light had turned on. Damian brought out the code reader, explained what it was, showed me where to connect it, and taught me how to use it. He scanned my vehicle and clearly explained that the issue was related to the mass air flow sensor, making sure I understood what the code meant. On top of that, he noticed that the rear part of my body kit was coming loose. He took the time to help me find the correct size clip and even installed it for me. He went above and beyond what I expected. Damian was knowledgeable, professional, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me. He made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire experience. As I was leaving, the store manager Charles was also assisting a customer with a car issue with a smile on his face, It's rare to receive this level of customer service, and I truly appreciate his willingness to help. AutoZone is fortunate to have an employee like Damian. Thank you for the exceptional service!

  The staff is really helpful i went in to change a battery they took real good care of me. Peter helped me put the battery in my car and everything overall i would defintly come back here again

  Great customer service! Izzy was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me find exactly what I needed. Peter answered all my questions without making me feel rushed and even gave me advice on my car issue. The store was clean and organized, seeing I believe Maria going around the store. I’ll definitely be coming back for future automotive needs.
