  Extremely Poor Customer Service at AutoZone – This Needs to Change I’ve been a loyal AutoZone customer for years and spend a lot of money at this store. Unfortunately, the experience has become unacceptable. The customer service is terrible. Employees are rude, dismissive, and frequently refuse to help. Their attitude is driving customers away and is genuinely bad for business. If this continues, stores like this will lose loyal customers and head toward bankruptcy. AutoZone needs to address this immediately — train your staff properly or risk losing long-time customers like me.

  Came to return some hotwheels at this location where i purchased them i didnt have my receipt but utilizing my phone number the manager HUNTER S. "A disgrace to the auto zone family by the way" was tbe most unhelpful association with auto zone ive ever came accross in all my years as a customer.with people[ like this leading your stores im surprised people come here.thankfully a local store in the immediate area has a manager leading his team by example and was able to accomadate me in my time of need.corporate you need to get the "managers " training .[UPDATE] came back to this store also with a return this time spoke to an associate (EZZY) again absolutely a horrible experience at this store.i had to call and get assistance from jorge the district manager he was pleasant.he sent me to another store to complete my return where the mamager maria practically accused me of bringing back a half empty can . Corporate i dont know what happened to the training of your managers but something is lacking in the riverside stores.ben rojas ?????

  Came into AutoZone, hoping to solve my issue of having a bad alternator and getting it warranty out possibly. the manager on shift Oscar took over and helped me and my uncle find the right alternator. Oscar went also above and beyond to verify that it was the right alternator we were getting And found that someone had previously sold us the wrong alternator and is getting us the right one. I want to thank Oscar for going above and beyond and getting us the right part for today very processional and polite

  Yes be carful when you’re buying tools from them I bought a floor jack and after a few weeks it is leaking oil No warranty more than 200.00 dollars down the toilet I guess if you going to buy a floor jack don’t buy it from auto zone no warranty
