  This place is only about a mile from my house so it’s my go to auto parts store. They have a reward system that after you spend so many times you get a credit which I like. They have a little bit of everything in here but more than anything, they have what I need to do my own oil changes along with filters. I do like the car manuals where you can look up the model number that you need for the brand that you use and the make and model of your car.

  UPDATE: This issue has now occurred with multiple vehicles. Warranty information has been lost in more than one case. The parts were purchased here specifically for the warranty, and it’s concerning that this is not being handled correctly. ____________________ This one’s frustrating because this used to be my go-to spot for parts. Over time, their system had my purchases and warranties split across multiple accounts, which was already a hassle since it would take several minutes at the counter just to track things down. I finally had them merge everything after their newer system allowed it, thinking it would fix the issue—but it actually made things worse. Some of my purchase history is now gone, including brake warranties that they were able to find before. I even provided the exact date and the amount paid from my own records, and they still couldn’t locate it. I was then told they couldn’t search by date, which is a pretty basic function that many stores offer—and something I know they were able to do years ago with their older system. In-store, they pointed me to customer service, and customer service couldn’t resolve it either. At that point, it just feels like you’re stuck dealing with a system that doesn’t support the warranties they’re supposed to stand behind. The main reason for buying parts here has always been the warranty. When that’s no longer reliable, it defeats the purpose. It’s disappointing, especially after years of coming here for multiple vehicles and even picking up parts for friends. Honestly, better support has come from across the street at O’Reilly’s, even just dealing with supervisors there. That says a lot.

  Came into AutoZone Riverbank because my battery kept dying and the check engine light was on. The staff explained that the radiator fans staying on were due to a coolant temperature sensor and thermostat issue. They helped me get the right parts and saved me from an expensive shop repair. Great customer service and a very helpful team!
