  I wish people who are getting fuel would MOVE their vehicle before shopping in the store. SIX EMPTY cars at the pumps. And yes, pay at the pump was working.

  It’s worst store more than 2 weeks they dont have Colombian coffee and milk both now they waiting for milk it’s that hard to get ? just order on Amazon will get on same day if shipment is too much late come on guys selling 3$ plus coffee

  The amount of mold in the coolers is INSANE. I have told them three times in store and all i get is “oh okay thanks”

  Very disappointing experience – Prime Parking I arrived at this location around 5:30 PM, when there were plenty of empty parking spaces. I parked in a spot that had NO visible “Prime Parking” or “Reserved” marking on the pavement. Other Prime Parking spaces nearby were clearly marked, so I reasonably believed this was a free parking spot. More than 4 hours later, around 9:45 PM, after I had already taken my shower and started my required rest period, security knocked on my truck and told me that the spot was Prime Parking and I had to pay $22. I went inside and spoke with the young night manager. I showed and explained that there was no Prime Parking marking where my truck was parked. Instead of trying to resolve the situation, I was basically given two choices: pay $22 or move my truck across the street to Love’s. At that point, I was already in my required rest period and did not want to risk affecting my ELD/HOS compliance. I felt pressured into paying the $22 because of a parking space that was not properly marked. If “Prime Parking” had been clearly written on the pavement when I arrived, I would never have parked there. There were plenty of other spaces available at 5:30 PM. What disappointed me most was the attitude of the night manager. Instead of acknowledging the missing marking and finding a reasonable solution, I was told to pay or leave and park at the Love’s across the street. I have been a Pilot/Flying J customer since 2024 and regularly buy fuel and other services here. Telling a customer to go to a competitor over a problem caused by an unmarked paid parking space is unacceptable customer service. I have photos showing the parking space and my $22 receipt, and I have submitted a complaint requesting a refund. Drivers: Be careful when parking here. A space may apparently be considered Prime Parking even when “Prime Parking” is not visible on the pavement. Take pictures of your parking spot when you arrive.
