  The only reason they get four stars is Daisy! She is awesome! I arrived and she was washing a car, then can't and assisted me. There were no cars but she found me one! Go girl! Give her a raise!!

  Cancelled my truck rental at the last second when I called to see what was available and why my rental was cancelled they didn’t pick up after repeated attempts. Horrible customer service

  I woke up to a flat tire 1 hour before an important meeting. I swapped the tire to a spare, limped it into the branch for a trade. The workers Brea, and Jessica (Brea was wearing her normal clothes, no enterprise uniform or anything) told me that I had two options. Wait until after 1 (5 hours from the time I was there), when they get more cars in (there are 11 in the lot currently) or go wait at the tire shop for it to be fixed. I asked why I can’t take one of these cars to make my appt and they run the car to the shop so it will be done in time for the reservations later today. They said “sorry that’s not an option we gave you.” So I am now having to cancel my reservation and book a car through Budget rental. I’ve rented cars an average of 150 days a year for the last 12 years through enterprise and these two women have put an absolute stain on the brand. Enterprise should do better when vetting employees.

  Didn’t have the rental I made. I made it for a truck & they offered a van instead. They also refused my bank/debit card & said they can only do credit card.

  I drove from LA only for them to inform me upon arrival that they did not have the vehicle that I reserved. Complete waste of my time. The absolute worst customer service, disinterested employees at this location, did not offer me a different rental.
