  We initially rented a gas Chrysler Pacifica, but noticed an issue with the wheel alignment. When we returned to the branch to explain the situation, the Enterprise team handled it quickly and professionally. They swapped it out for a newer vehicle without any hassle, and the replacement drove smoothly. We really appreciated the prompt, accommodating customer service and how easy they made the exchange.

  DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE!! This particular office has successfully ruined 4 trips for me, cost me alot of money and left me stranded. Made reservations on multiple occasions only to show up at the lot to be told there were no vehicles for us. Or to be put in a vehicle we did not request. Ex. We requested a premium suv once as we absoultly needed the space and seating for a 3 week cross country trip. Reserved a month in advance when we showed up to the lot we were told they had no suvs and tried to put us in a compact car that simply would not work for us. It was the only car on the lot When we arrived and they had just told the customer infront of us that they didnt have his vehicle either and that man was not happy. Just recently last week made a reservation for another suv figured maybe this office got their stuff together, after they closed for a few months and got some new employees. Nope, pulled up to the lot 10 minutes before 1 o'clock and was greeted by a woman yelling at us in the parking lot ,which was empty, saying they didnt open till one. She then asked if we were there for pickup, then proceeded to tell us that she didnt have ANY vehicles for us. We stated we had confirmed reservations and she just said 'sorry' i dont have anything for you and walked back inside. No phone calls, no warning, zero communication and competence at this office. Do not depend on this office to follow through with their reservations and do not expect them to reach out to tell you they dont have any vehicles for you. You can expect to show up at this office and have problems! I have been using enterprise for years but I will NEVER use this office again. Go to Avis/Budget instead.

  The only reason they get four stars is Daisy! She is awesome! I arrived and she was washing a car, then can't and assisted me. There were no cars but she found me one! Go girl! Give her a raise!!

  Cancelled my truck rental at the last second when I called to see what was available and why my rental was cancelled they didn’t pick up after repeated attempts. Horrible customer service
