  I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Ridgecrest. I originally rented a vehicle from another location and later discovered it did not come with a spare tire. Since I was planning to drive long distance, I did not feel safe being on the road without one. For me, that’s a basic safety expectation. I drove to the Ridgecrest location specifically to exchange the vehicle for one that had a spare tire. I calmly explained my concern, but instead of trying to help, the employee immediately dismissed me. She told me the vehicle “should come with an inflation kit” and said she “shouldn’t be able to help” me. When I asked what someone is supposed to do if they blow a tire, she said to call roadside assistance — and looked at me as if I was stupid for even asking. It wasn’t just the refusal to help; it was the attitude. The dismissive tone, lack of empathy, and unprofessional behavior made the situation worse. I was not asking for anything unreasonable — just a safe vehicle for long-distance travel. Customer safety concerns should never be brushed off. If this is how Enterprise handles legitimate safety requests, that’s a serious problem. I expected far better from a company of this size and reputation. Very disappointing experience.

  I've been renting from Enterprise since they opened in Ridgecrest. They are my "Go To" car rental company. I've ALWAYS had excellent service from them. Excellent cars, reasonable prices, friendly staff, etc. The ONLY time I DON'T use Enterprise, is when on certain occasions, they don't have any rentals available. So far, thi has only happened 3 times in approximately twenty years! EXCELLENT agency !

  Three other friends and I rented a car from Enterprise from L.A. We ended up with a flat in the middle of the desert. A Good Samaritan stopped to help us change our tire. Luckily we weren't too far away from Ridgecrest which had an Enterprise. We lost our hotel room in Death Valley and had to stay elsewhere. We called corporate Enterprise last night and was told we could change out vehicles. We got to Enterprise this morning with the tire and showed them the screw. They told us that a local shop could just patch it. We addressed our concerns because there was also a plug on the side of the tire. They said that at least all of the Enterprise vehicles have a plug/patch on a tire. They directed us to T&T tire. Who recognized that we should not be driving on this tire. They did a phenomenal job of recognizing and changing it for us. We now feel unsafe and on edge about continuing to drive this vehicle, especially since the Enterprise in Ridgecrest just thought it looked normal and could patch it up. Never renting from Enterprise again.
