  Miss Amy was a great help and showed amazing customer service when I was buying parts for my car. However, I had a very sour experience trying to get a refund later that day. I had found the same parts and more in a set elsewhere and decided to drive over there 3 hours after my purchase for a refund. Given that the parts I bought were being sent through fed ex, I was asked if I would be willing to do the refund when it came in so it was "easier for them". I again, politely asked for a refund and was met with them repeating how it's easier for them if I came back in a week when the parts are estimated for arrival. At that point, the employee speaking with me was talking loudly amd looking at the customers who were stating me down. Since I had to go to Costco today anyway, I drove to an AutoZone in Lancaster about a refund. And it was there that they throughly explained to me why we all have to wait for the parts to come in before a refund can be done. I talked to one of their associates about what I felt/experienced, and it just so happens that he had similar experiences with the same woman when he had to work there for a time. It is very discouraging and aggravating that I had to drive an hour and a half for information that I should've received at the Ridgecrest location. Or at least just able to pay when the parts came in. Now I am left being almost $500 short while I wait for my parts. Not only that, my boyfriend's military discount (active duty) didn't show up on the receipt. (He asked me to use his rewards in hopes/the possibility of me saving a few dollars before before he installs the parts). A very kind lady at the Lancaster Autozone I went to had told me to bring my boyfriend in hopes that I'll actually get help/service this time around. Customer service is hard. I'm in the same industry. But that doesn't mean you can treat customers a certain way just to "make it easier". I wanted to give a lower rating, but I can't do that to Miss Amy and the kind gentleman that tried to help when I came in for my refund. They were kind, courteous, and gave a much needed "customer service vibe".

  I wish I could remember the name of the employee who was so helpful and went out of his way to find what I needed. Completely professional and knowledgeable. Thank you! I was passing through town and stopped in on my way home.

  Was having trouble starting car went in to get batter checked luis Hernandez didnt even try to sell me a battery sold me a corrosion kit for like 12$ because my terminals were corroded as a possible cheaper fix product worked great but battery was dead he then swapped it out quickly best customer service i have ever had cound not recommend this place higher and would definitely ask for luis for any and all recommendations! 10/10
