  Service department is an absolute joke. Dropped off my vehicle and marked on the envelope to have an oil change done. Went to pick up the car only a tire rotation was done. Never received a call from the service department to confirm what services I wanted completed. Given multiple excuses for the lack of their performance. I requested the price adjustment be done on the oil change because the work was not performed, I was offered $10 off. What a joke, this place does not care about their customers or the customers time. Take your car to another Toyota dealership

  Had a really good experience at Hanlees Hilltop Toyota in San Pablo. Everyone was great and super helpful, from the sales team all the way up to management. The whole process was quick, easy, and stress-free. They got me in and out without wasting my whole day and hooked me up with a great deal on a truck. Definitely recommend checking them out if you’re looking for a truck or a new ride. Ask for Hector Guerra, he’ll take care of you!

  I had an exceptional experience working with Jimmy Totah at Toyota at Hilltop. He has such a warm, genuine personality and made the entire process feel comfortable and easy. Jimmy was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer every question I had without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. He gave me his card, and I’ve already been recommending him to all of my family and friends. It’s rare to come across someone who is both so personable and professional.
