  We rented a reefer truck for a community event. Marcy checked us in promptly and efficiently. After we drove the truck home, I had to call Marcy for an assistance with the refrigeration activation. She patiently walked me through the process via facetime. Drop off of the truck was a breeze also. Thank you, Marcy!

  Phenomenal. I would use them again. Customer service was outstanding. Extremely helpful. Seeing as the website did not informed me of the actual availability of the trucks the person at the front desk informed that she had a return arriving past my original pick window and that if I arrived later than scheduled I would have a slightly different vehicle than I ordered. Which was perfect and extremely helpful to move some decorations and kids stuff to our new place.

  Rented a 12 passenger van for a week for work. The staff were polite and attentive. The van was clean and perfectly met our needs. The rental cost was on par with, if not better than the competition. The location was convenient for me and there was plenty of space to park. Overall a great rental experience and I will likely be needing the van more work events in the future.
