  I visited this Enterprise after an accident. They were busy, but they remained patient and professional, making the wait worthwhile. Jakob was courteous; informative; professional. with a great demeanor. I was impressed with the vehicle provided; clean; new; sporty; stylish :-)

  On September 25, we booked a car through AAA specifically to stay within our insurance's $50/day limit, taxes and fees included, so we'd have nothing out of pocket. Their app had us enter the date, time, and location for pickup from our repair shop on September 29. They didn't show. They only came after the shop called them directly, and we ended up waiting over 45 minutes past our scheduled pickup time. When we finally got to the counter, we were told the car we reserved wasn't available, with no explanation, and the only option was a more expensive vehicle we had to pay the difference on ourselves. They had four days to let us know there was a problem and never reached out. Then they wouldn't honor the reservation. That's unacceptable. This location ignored our scheduled pickup, ignored our reservation, offered no reason for either and passed the cost on to us. Save yourself the time and money: avoid this location and book with a different branch or a different rental company.

  I wanted to really give a shout out to James at the front desk. He upgraded my car after I had issues with being picked up after I sat outside for an hour when I got there, he got me in and out. He was patient empathetic and helped me to the best of his ability . Service was wonderful after I had a horrible experience definitely should be promoted the way he handled the situation. I appreciate you, James and this is the best rental car place in Richmond to go to!
