  The people are great but the quality of cars that enterprise is renting is absolutely CRAP, the cars are run down to the ground and have a slue of problems and then they rent to you! DO NoT use there "coverage" they don't cover anything for you the only good thing is the unlimited milage other wise I wouldn't rent from any major company the cars suck and then they try to blame you, take pictures and video of you car before you drive off!! Cover your butt so they can't cheat you!!!

  This was, by far, the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had with a rental car company. I was very clear at the time of rental that I did not want insurance coverage. Despite that, I was later charged more than $1,200 for insurance that I explicitly declined. When I reached out to the manager to resolve the issue, it took two weeks to get a response. During that time, I repeatedly called the location and was left on hold for 30+ minutes. I eventually had to come into the location in person, only to be told that refunding my money was ultimately the manager’s decision—and the manager chose not to refund the charge. This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I expected transparency, accountability, and basic customer service, but I received none of those things. I will never do business with Enterprise Rent-A-Car again, and I strongly encourage anyone considering renting from this location to carefully review their agreement and charges before leaving.

  Difficult to get through to to get changes and documents. Mixed messages from whoever answers the phone. Folow thtough is inconsistent. 1st vehicle had major issues. 2nd vehicle was only option. Overall frustrating how many times i had to get to this point. Not as easy and simple as enterprise claims. Not ideal when recovering from a major accident and just need a car to feel somewhat normal again.

  I recently rented from Enterprise and the staff was wonderful it was a great customer experience for me.
