  Shout out to Jacob , James and a few others can’t remember their names but basically the entire staff . They always go above and beyond to make sure my rental time is nothing but the best . Even when busy they go above and beyond and I appreciate them this last visit there I booked on a completely busy holiday weekend & still they handled everything with care even with the people that came in while I was there and being a pain they still smiled and did their jobs don’t have anything bad to say about staff my rentals are always smooth . Thanks to enterprise hilltop

  My recent experience at the Richmond Hill Top Branch was extraordinary and fantastic. The staff at the counter was efficient and got me on the road in minutes. The gentleman that helped me took the time to go over the car's features with me and ensured that all my concerns were addressed. The car was clean, well-maintained, and drove perfectly throughout my trip. Returning the vehicle was just as seamless. Highly recommend this location for anyone needing a hassle-free rental!

  Give this man (james walker)a raise cause he handle a waiting room full of people and with the phones going off and handle it with grace and a smile on his face .

  The Manager at Hilltop is simply THE B E S T !!!!! James is HIM. Give this man a raise, upgraded company car, or whatever, but just don't let him go to the competition. :-)

  Excellent customer service! The gentleman I worked with upon returning my car was extremely helpful . There was a billing issue and without hesitation, he made it right and made sure that I left completely satisfied with my experience! For privacy, I will include his initials V.K. From the richmond hilltop location was very helpful and didn’t hesitate at all to make my situation right!
