  I came into the store today (June 7, 2026) for a license plate fix and received more than great customer service but generosity and kindness. The store clerk ELIAS assisted me in more ways than one and was a great sport about it . It made my day that much better. Oh and a special thankyou to the other gentleman who worked beside him today. Thanks again to the both of you. God bless. I’ll definitely be back for more purchases in the near future .

  I purchased an Air horn from this store.The employee who completed the initial transaction was great. I installed it and all was well for almost 2 weeks until the horn failed. I removed it, bench tested and it still failed (only one horn functions). I called to see about getting replacement or refund and was told it was not possible. Since the horn initially functioned properly, I did not see the need to retain the packaging. I have electronic records of the payment but was informed I needed the packaging or no deal. This is clearly a manufacturer defect but the Autozone employee I spoke with on 5/20/2026 told me I would not be eligible for a refund or replacement. I asked to speak to the manager and was told "they stepped out." This is poor customer service in the form of bad return policy. I tried to give them the chance to make this right but they were uninterested. I will not shop this store again and I will convey this experience when appropriate.

  Quality customer service!! I was greeted as soon as I stepped foot in the door and they helped me with everything that I needed. Five stars for being so respectful, patient and helpful! Thank you!!!

  Fast, efficient service, and they actually ask if you need help as soon as you enter the store. There were two people behind the counter, and one of them was helping a customer. The other gentleman, who was doing something else, stopped and even came out from behind the counter to show me where the items I was looking for were, instead of just giving me an aisle number. Their prices for what I needed (antifreeze and windshield wiper fluid) were better than the other auto parts store across the street, and unlike that store, there was no 15-minute wait to check out when there was only one customer in front of me and three employees behind the counter there.
