  The employees at this location are absolutely phenomenal, especially **Miguel**, who went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue with my battery. Miguel was actually the associate I spoke with on the phone earlier that day, and he took the time to guide me in the right direction and explain the best option for my situation. When I arrived, he went above and beyond to help with the battery replacement and did everything he could within the warranty guidelines. My original battery had failed and was no longer being manufactured, so **John, the assistant manager,** was able to find me a comparable replacement and complete the warranty exchange at no additional cost. He was extremely helpful, professional, and patient throughout the entire process, and I truly appreciate him making sure I received the additional warranty coverage as well. Miguel then went above and beyond by replacing the battery for me himself. My engine was still hot because I had just driven the car there, and despite the circumstances, he took care of the replacement and got us back on the road much sooner than we expected. He was incredibly helpful and genuinely went the extra mile to make sure everything was taken care of. As a woman, I especially appreciated how comfortable and safe they made me feel throughout the entire experience. They never made me feel like I was being taken advantage of or that I didn't understand what was happening. Instead, they took the time to explain things, guide me, and make sure I was taken care of. **I highly recommend Miguel to anyone who needs help.** He will absolutely point you in the right direction and make sure you’re taken care of. John was also fantastic, and I’m truly grateful to both of them for their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond. Thank you, Miguel and John, for making what could have been a very stressful situation such a positive experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Nancy, was so helpful when I called and came into the store looking for the right coolant for my car. She even came out to my car and showed me how to to add the right amount of coolant. Nancy definitely made my morning. She is professional, friendly, and provided prompt service. Definitely will be coming to this autozone again.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great experience! The store was clean, well-organized, and easy to shop in. There were two employees working, and both were friendly, helpful, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They answered my questions, helped me find what I needed, and provided excellent customer service without making me feel rushed. It’s always nice to visit a store that’s tidy and staffed by people who genuinely care about helping customers. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you for the great service!
