  I’ve been coming to Valvoline for all my oil changes and the service is always great. The team is fast, professional, and honest, and they make the whole process easy every time. They explain everything clearly and never try to upsell unnecessary stuff. Definitely one of the best places to take your car — highly recommend.

  I had a great experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. The employee, Daniel, who helped me was patient, knowledgeable, honest, and very professional. He only changed and replaced the fluids that were actually necessary and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. Very trustworthy service — I really appreciated the honesty and excellent customer care. Highly recommend!

  These guys ROCK!!! Especially Xavier he’s so professional and thorough. The service center manager Daniel also do a great job at making sure everything was done for my own safety before leaving here. Big shoutouts to Emauri as well! Will be coming back here. Hopefully this review gets seen and these guys can get some type of a raise.

  I have become a loyal Valvoline customer since the first time I tried it. I always feel empowered, more knowledgeable about my vehicle, and well-taken care of because of how the Valvoline experts treat me and my car during servicing. Today's visit was no exception. I received service from Zelly (Asst. Manager), Anthony, Mike, and was sent off by Yesenia (Manager). They were all fantastic, energized, and look to love doing what they do. Zelly was especially helpful in thoroughly explaining the condition of my car and his recommendations as well as the "why" to it all. I highly recommend Valvoline, especially this Reseda location.

  I’ve mostly only gotten my oil changed at Valvoline, but today I got transmission and radiator fluid replacement services as well. I have been considering getting these services done for a while and I chose Valvoline because of the positive prior experiences and good rapport 2 technicians I mainly interacted with today were Moises and Sage. Moises answered some questions I had about the service and was very helpful. He helped me at my last service date too, and I was grateful that he recognized me because that was also a positive experience. I mentioned I was about to go on a long drive to Northern CA and back. Since it was a multiple-service visit, Moises introduced me to Sage who would take care of the remaining services. Sage was attentive to details and a great communicator and team worker. I feel very safe and confident for my road trip after their final inspections on my vehicle. Not only that, but I value their professional, concise and friendly demeanor. In general - I like Valvoline because they are dedicated to saving the customer time. They do this by communicating clearly and straight to the point among their team members and with the customer. I’m an academic working drummer and private music teacher, so between my scheduled lessons, my own practice hours, and driving/commuting to gigs (time spent in LA Traffic…) getting oil change service that takes as fast as 15 minutes is ideal. I do a fair amount of my own very basic maintenance and assessments and so even though the Valvoline techs will look at wiper blades and air filters they aren’t pushy with me. But I do have lots of questions sometimes about certain services and they are always ready with answers to inform me. What I mean to say is, I get a general sense when I pull into a Valvoline (I have been to multiple locations between Toluca Lake to Reseda) that they aren’t ever upselling for any reason other than the best interest of best practices in my routine vehicle care, and also in completing the job quickly and efficiently. TLDR; 10/10 highly recommend, Moises and Sage are the best!
