    Absolutely unacceptable experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. This place completely failed at the most basic task—updating a payment method—and it ended up costing me time, stress, and money I didn’t even have to spare I went in person to have my card REMOVED from the account and replaced with a family member’s card. I made that very clear. The employee took their ID and credit card, told me everything was handled, and sent me on my way like the issue was completely resolved. It wasn’t. A few days later, I get hit with a $70 charge on MY card—the one that was supposedly removed. I call, they refund it, and I specifically ask if this is going to happen again. You’d think they’d double-check everything at that point, right? Nope. It happens AGAIN. Another charge hits my account, and this time it drained my balance to ZERO while I was literally sitting at a restaurant trying to pay for my meal after work. Let that sink in. Because of THEIR mistake, I was put in an embarrassing situation where I couldn’t even pay for my food. That’s beyond careless—that’s straight-up negligence. Then comes the customer service disaster. I call and speak to someone named Hayde, who puts me on hold for over 25 minutes with ZERO updates. No check-ins, no communication, nothing. Just leaves me sitting there like my time means nothing. Right at closing time, I get passed to the manager, Erwin, who does absolutely nothing except say they’ll “leave a note” so I don’t get charged again. That’s the solution? After it already happened TWICE? Let me spell this out: the ENTIRE reason I came in was to make sure I would NOT get charged anymore. And not only did they fail once—they failed twice—and then acted like leaving a note was some kind of fix. This company clearly has no control over their billing system and no accountability when they mess up. If you value your money, your time, or your sanity, stay far away. I will never use Enterprise again, and I strongly recommend anyone reading this to go somewhere else unless you’re okay with being randomly charged and then ignored when you try to fix it. Can't wait till my get my car back from the body shop so I can return the car they gave me!

    I agree with other reviews that customer service is good and service is quick but I think they need to figure out how to thoroughly inspect the cars they give out to customers. I was given a Toyota Camry with a bumper that was falling off. Looks like it had been glued on and was coming off. We took it back and they gave us the same car just newer. The second time I rented with them was because of my insurance claim that I got a rental with them otherwise I would not have gone back. My car was being inspected by the next door collision center which was convenient but again same issue, I got a car that was not thoroughly inspected. This time I took a video of when I got the car to make sure I capture anything wrong with it as proof. I didn’t think I would need to use that video but that video ended up saving me from filing a claim with my insurance for a cracked window. The car I was given was a Volkswagen that had a small crack in the windshield that upon having the car grew into a bigger crack. Once I realized I took it in and let them know. They were set on filing a claim with my insurance and asking me for my deductible. My husband checked the video I had taken of the car and the crack was on the video when you zoom in. We were fortunate to have had that evidence otherwise we would be stuck. The staff apologized for the inconvenience of this all but I don’t trust renting from enterprise anymore. I will not be renting from them ever again.
