I spoke first with Haydee who first asked: "are you ok?" That in itself was a welcoming surprise. CARE and COMPASSION! After I told her the story, she took care of setting me up with top shelf care, coordination and options. Her clarity on the whole rental from start to finish was exemplary as well. I had to call and modify my rental a couple times and spoke to Ali, Edwin and Marcus at different times and they all were just as top shelf as Haydee. There is no other rental spot I, or my family, will go to for the times a rental may be needed. Why can't all rental places have a solid team of professionals with big hearts like this Enterprise? CHANGE NOTHING. You're the best!
