  I was referred to Enterprise car sales by AAA after I had a total loss with my previous vehicle. Jocelyn helped me purchase the car I wanted and made the entire process easeful and enjoyable. I feel great knowing that my used car is certified and comes with a one year power train warranty. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

  Charged nearly new car price for a used rental car with 40,000 miles. In 2019 my vehicle was totaled when a car ignored a stop sign and crashed into me. I walked in here and mistakenly trusted the staff to give me a fair price. I explained that my car had just been totaled and asked for something affordable since I was young and didn’t have much money other than the check I got from insurance for my totaled car. Long story short they sold me a 2018 ford focus, lowest trim level with over 40,000 miles on it for well over fair market price for a used rental at that time and in that zip code which would have been around $11,000-$13,500. I was overcharged by a few thousand dollars at least. A BRAND NEW focus in the same configuration with 0 miles msrp’d for $21,000. I realize this is partially my mistake as I should have done more research but I was young and inexperienced and I did not expect to be taken advantage of like this. Avoid situations and sellers like this at all costs. I have since learned that salespeople will take advantage of the less experienced. Used car sales. Buying experience.

  I want to start off by saying this was by far the best experience I have ever had buying a car and if I could put ten stars I would. My sales consultant Ana Sotelo was amazing and went ABOVE AND BEYOND and I truly mean it! SHE IS AMAZING! She cares about your situation and lets you know every possible way to make it better. if your buying a car from this location I would definitely have her as your sales expert! Leon her manager was extremely nice and caring for our situation! They were not your typical pushy sales people and made our buying process beyond enjoyable. I can’t recommend this place enough!!!

  The saleswoman was extremely pushy and pressured us into buying the very first car we looked at. After finalizing the purchase, she attempted to hide a crack in the windshield by covering it with a large, dirty bow she pulled from under her desk. We eventually returned the car due to the broken windshield and traded it for another vehicle. However, while we were still driving the first car, she warned us, “If the car comes back with more damage, we can’t take it back!”—implying we were responsible for the windshield crack. She also accused me of damaging a wheel rim during a test drive of the second car, even though the damage was already there. She was by far the most dishonest salesperson we've encountered. Her cubicle is located at the very end along the wall. I would not recommend her. It was clear she was just there for a paycheck. Make sure you know exactly what you want before you visit, and do your research at home. During a test drive, document any existing damages so you aren’t unfairly blamed. Look at the wheels before you make a right turn on Reseda.
