  Got to autozone reseda bcoz my battery is not starting normal and Miguel so nice helping me out if I still have warranty and can't believe that I still have, and he help me recommend better battery and more years warranty and just pay the difference.. unexpected day for me and what a gem to have Miguel in the store..

  Javier gives b.b.e (big boss energy) extremely knowledgeable I always go to him for everything. Put some respec on his name, stop playing with him! Managers ask his opinion for everything. Surprised he is not a manager

  This is my second time visiting this location all of the workers here are so nice and helpful . I came in this morning because both of my headlights had burned out and IGGY helped me pick out the right bulbs and he even helped me install them in my car . I’m so thankful for his help because I had no idea how to do it myself ! Your awesome thanks !

  I cannot say enough about the exceptional service I received at this AutoZone location. I came in with a battery issue causing electrical flickering in my vehicle and from the moment I walked through the door Cristal and Cassandra made me feel like a valued customer. Cassandra greeted me with a genuinely warm welcome the moment I walked in. Rather than have me stand and wait she stepped away from what she was doing and came directly to the register to take care of me right away. It was professional and expedient and exactly the kind of attentiveness that sets a great experience apart from an ordinary one. Cristal handled the battery installation personally. She opened the hood and went straight to work with confidence and precision. The entire process from purchase to removal to installation was completed in under twenty minutes. I did not lift a finger. What made this experience truly stand out was that it all happened within twenty minutes of closing time. Not once did either of them make me feel like an inconvenience. They did everything with a smile and a positive attitude that is rare to find anywhere let alone at a parts store at the end of a long workday. To Cristal and Cassandra thank you. You turned what could have been a stressful situation into one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. This location has earned a customer for life.
