Always great service at Valvoline on Artesia in Redondo Beach. Stephanie and I believe it was Eli did the service and did a great job. The manager here is so thorough and helpful. Love the service here!

Chris at Valvoline took care of my 2013 Kia Soul and got it right. Full synthetic 5W-20, 3.5 quarts, which is what this 1.6 actually takes, plus a new filter. He also replaced the engine air filter and the cabin filter. The cabin filter came out looking like a lung from an anti-smoking ad, so that one was overdue. Straightforward, no runaround, and the car smells and blows better already.

I love the speedy, polite, thorough service. Your early business hours, 7:30 in the morning, are great. I came in before everyone else showed up and had my car serviced in a jiffy. Thank you for the coupons, as well. I’ve returned two years in a row with my car and my wife’s. Keep up the good work. 🤙😎🤠

Today I brought my old and very dirty vehicle to Stephanie, Jalen, Erik, and Sam. The entire team joined to help service my vehicle. They were kind, informative, and extremely efficient. They really made me feel comfortable, and helped me understand what options were available to me. I really appreciate their helpfulness, and their patience. My vehicle was very dirty from not being driven for many months. The team did not complain once. Truly fantastic, professional, excellent team. The prices were also great. They allow you to stay in your car while they complete service. I’ll be back. Thank you again guys!

I've gone here a few times and I have been happy every time. They charge about what a dealer might charge and they always have coupons. I got their best synthetic oil, filter and gas treatment for about $152 bucks. Had a $20 coupon so the gas treatment was basically free. They are very thorough on their pitch, but don't try and scare you or give you the hard sell. Eveything they told me was correct, including having a nail in my tire and I should go to a dealer or local tire shop. I asked to change my air filter but after looking at it, the tech said it wasn't needed. That was a surprise as he didn't have to show it to me and could have easily just charged me. I do honestly worry about their skills but if you have a basic car, you don't really need to worry, especially if it is an older model. Very good experiences so far and can recommend.
