- BBBeckySep 11, 20265.0The manager Cesar delivers the most phenomenal hospitality which is the main reason I will now be a forever customer. His personable conversations, greetings on the phone holds a very high level of professionalism. He delivered honest service with reasonable prices. A well maintained loby and shop that was very clean and took phenomenal care of our car. The mechanics shared additional maintenance needed for the car, explained the whys in a very understandable terminology, the long term affects and risks if waiting too long and gave us quotes. We opted to wait and speak with him vs dropping off the car and leaving because he made us feel like family. Great conversations and clean amenities. As a person with disabilities as an ambulatory user while the door frames are narrow the lobby is clean and spacious to sit comfortably. I was honestly blown away from.the initial phone call to schedule our appointments. Being registered in the system and him sharing all service is updated in carfax makes this well worth the visit. We went in as new customers for an oil change and now will be forever customers for all our call services. I highly reccomend this business. Small local owned and great relationships with neighboring businesses makes them worth the visit.
