  Excellent communication and service. Helped me prioritize what should be fixed vs what can wait. They didn’t push or upsell me on anything I didn’t need, which I greatly appreciated. Easy texting and link-based quotes, etc. Will definitely be back.

  I love the staff, efficiency, and transparency of the team! It’s so hard to find reliable and honest teams when it comes to your car and I can honestly say this is easily one of the main reasons I’d come back here. They made it easy to understand my issues and went over each item and discussed the risks and severity of each item to me to make the correct decisions on my car. Thanks Lucky team!

I’ve known Tommy for several years, and he has always impressed me with his professionalism, integrity, and commitment to customer service. That was certainly my experience here. The communication was excellent, the repair was handled quickly, and the entire process was easy from start to finish. Great shop, great team, and an owner who genuinely cares about his customers.   If you own an EV—especially a Rivian R1T—you know how crucial it is to find a shop that genuinely understands the unique needs of these heavy, high-performance trucks. Lucky’s Auto Care completely blew me away with their expertise, professionalism, and unmatched integrity. I came in to get a new set of all-terrain tires for my R1T. Not only did they give me an absolutely fantastic deal on the tires right out of the gate, but they also honor the military community by offering a military discount. As a service member, I incredibly appreciate a business that stands by our community with tangible support. What really set Lucky's apart, though, was their absolute honesty. A lot of shops will automatically tack on an alignment fee just because they can. The team at Lucky's checked everything out, saw that my alignment was already spot-on, and told me straight up that I didn't need it—saving me money I was fully prepared to spend. That kind of integrity is incredibly rare in auto repair these days. The truck rides perfectly on the new AT tires, the service was fast, and the communication was top-notch from start to finish. If you want an honest, professional crew that treats you right and knows how to handle premium trucks, Lucky’s Auto Care is the only place to go. Highest recommendation!
