- NNNathanOct 6, 20265.0Pretty cool people at this place and serviced my car pretty quick and did a good job i recommend coming here they also got a spot u could chill at
- TMTristan MountjoyOct 5, 20265.0Best service experience I’ve had! The communication and ease of what needed addressing was perfect. Quality of work was top notch. I actually thought I was under charged the price was that reasonable. Already booked in for my next service. Highly recommend!
- ADAmanda DuganOct 3, 20265.0So glad my friend referred me to them. They are always super friendly and honest about my cars needs. I was without a regular mechanic for a while but not anymore! Bonus points for a nice lounge with WiFi and TV and coffee etc. Will always go to Lucky’s!
- RCRobert ChoSep 26, 20265.0Great experience overall. The service advisor was very clear and transparent about the work that would be performed, which I really appreciated. The car drives great after the service. There were a few dirty spots left in the interior, but aside from that, everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend them.
- LPLuis PlataSep 11, 20265.05/5 Stars – Rare honesty, genuine care, and outstanding service! Finding an auto shop with real integrity can be tough, but Lucky's Auto Care completely blew me away. Earlier in the day, I went to Pep Boys for a quick AC evacuation service to prep my car for repairs. They flat out turned me away and treated me like just another transaction on an assembly line. Frustrated, I decided to check out Lucky's instead, and the difference in service was night and day. From the second I walked in, they treated me like a person and a neighbor. Instead of turning me away, trying to upsell me, or overcomplicating things, they listened to what I needed, handled it quickly and professionally, and got me right back on track. It's rare to find an independent shop with this level of honesty, respect, and old-school customer service. They’ve earned my full trust and respect. If you’re in Redondo Beach or anywhere in the South Bay, skip the big chains and go straight to Lucky's!
