  Anthony and Susie were very informative and helpful in regard to my services today. It’s really hard to be able to maintain great customer service in a punctual manner in this hundred degree heat. And that’s exactly what the crew did here in Redlands today . Thank you so much. It’s always a breeze with Valvoline 💙

  If I could give negative stars I would. I went in for oil change. Mostly young adults working at this location, with no management supervision. They first suggested I upgrade to synthetic oil because my car is a high mileage car. So I agreed. They also recommended changing my cabin filter so i agreed to that as well. They had recommendation upon recommendation but unfortunately I am a disabled senior citizen with very limited income so oil change and cabin filter was all I could afford. I did ask if they had a coupon and they said yes. A young man tells me my total of $177.78 I explain that the first person helping me was giving me a discount coupon. So they applied a unknown discount bringing my total to $159.80 so now another young adult comes up to ask me for payment and says my total was $159.80 as I go to hand her my payment i stop and ask her to verify if they replaced my cabin filter so she has someone else unscrew it and then comes back and says oh sorry we are all out of that filter. I said WHAT???You were going to charge me for that filter even though you didn't replace it. She tried denying it and began to have a attitude with me. The also charged me for coolant top off that I also did not ask for . It is very concerning Now I wonder if my oil is even being changed. This location, these employees are no trustworthy. I have been a customer for a few years now and I will never go back .

  Excellent service from start to finish! The staff was friendly, professional, and got my oil change done quickly without rushing the quality of the work. They explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services, and the price was fair. My car is running great, and I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for honest, reliable service!

  Called on the phone I was told for the cheapest oil is $50 plus tax I get here manage told me the same thing then another employee forced me to get more expensive when the manager said I could get the cheaper oil the employee looked at him like he was messing up his numbers. horrible customer service! No matter how many employees this place goes through they all are bad!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I bring both my Mercedes-Benz GLC and my Ford Transit Connect here for oil changes, and every visit has been a great experience! 🚗✨ The team always treats me so well and is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful 🙌 Recent visit they were especially fast and kind, making the whole process quick and easy without sacrificing quality 💯 I really love this location and appreciate all the hard work they put in.
