To say the Manager here also is involved with the service being done. Thank you, Redlands Valvoline team, my husband and I will continue to come here for our 3 cars to be serviced!
- ALAndrea Laurie3 days ago3.0It was ok until the "manager" said my battery was not good and should be replaced, however I went to Autozone and got it tested as I have a warranty and my battery was at 100 percent. He was also going to charge $7.99 to top off my coolant but it's always been included. He didn't end up doing it like it was a special favor to me.

Both technicians were very helpful and knowledgeable about the oil change, and thorough. I definitely recommend this particular Valvoline. Thank you!

Some services take a little longer but always finish quicker then competitors since you are right there. I believe Trenton, Assistant Manager, did my tire rotation and was one of the fastest I had seen mounting, placing nuts, and torque. Thank you for all the hard work.

They communicate with one another, attend to the next customer in line, use the proper tools to do the job, and have a policy of double checking each other’s work. All in all, I will be most definitely be coming back.
