  Very professional company I got a mobile service they came to my house to replace my tacoma windshield and did calibration in 2 to 3 hour like they told me , I recommend services with them

  I am extremely disappointed in my experience with your company. On June 17th I called and spoke with a representative to get a quote for replacing my sunroof. The representative emailed me a quote. On June 18th I tried to call to schedule an appointment and couldn't get through so I used the Texting feature. I chatted with what I assumed was a person named Klaudia. I gave her my information and claim number and scheduled my appointment. Klaudia stated that " In our experience the difficulty of the installation for this vehicle requires a controlled environment to ensure proper installation. To ensure your complete satisfaction we will need to complete your replacement in shop." I received numerous reminders of my appointment which was scheduled for this morning, June 27th at 8am. Fast forward to this morning, I show up to the shop for my appointment and I am told by Jesse that they don't repair sunroofs and never have. I showed them my entire conversation with Klaudia and they stated they didn't know how this appointment got scheduled, yet they provide me with my paperwork that they had printed prior to my arrival. I want to know how this entire process got screwed up so bad. This started on June 17th with a conversation with one of your representative and 10 days later I am told in person when I show up for my appointment that they don't work on sunroofs. You have wasted so much of my time. Someone should've reached out to me PRIOT to my appointment, to inform me that the service could not be completed!

  I had called the corporate office about my windshield replacement got it scheduled. Explained to corporate that my insurance was going to pay safelite the remainder no big deal they would replace it and handle the insurance. I get a call day of from Paul the owner of the Safelite in Redlands that he would not be able to get my windshield replaced after I told him I talked with corporate yesterday they said everything would be done with no issues. Refused to call corporate and never showed up.

  Needed my windshield replaced so I reached out and they were able to fit me in within the next few days. My service technician Rene was super helpful, showed up on time, finished the job in a timely manner and provided great service. 10 out of 10 recommend for anyone who needs a windshield replaced. Will definitely be using Safelite for any future windshield problems. Shout out to Rene for the great work👍🏼
