  M&M Aternators are great, Alex helped me through and got me connected to resources that can help me repair my air conditioner on my car which is old and belonged to my late son. I am so grateful for his help and I would definitely recommend everyone I know to go to them. It’s a nice clean comfortable shop. I will be using them from here on out. Thank you all again!

  Excellent customer service I was Exsperencing battery problems. They sent out a technician he diagnosed the problem. I found out it was the battery and I purchased a new one. I highly recommend M&M

My family and I bring our vehicles here and have always received excellent customer service. They do great work and never make you feel like they’re trying to overcharge you. Highly recommend!

  You don't really see auto places with 4.8 ratings with nearly 500 reviews, so I was curious. 24 hours after service and I have not been requested to review the store and was definitely not given a price break for a review, so I believe them to be largely user-generated without incentives. I was able to do a walk-in on a Friday afternoon, but I would suggest an appointment. I'd also advise checking price. Other reviews talk about specials and I know for me Groupon had a lower price (which they matched). Beyond that though, everything was positive. Specifically, I had an oil change, so I cannot comment on other services. You'll see this in other reviews, but they are smart about quoting times. They finished ahead of schedule (I believe I was quoted 45-60mins and it took 31). There were no upsell attempts, which is pretty rare in an oil change environment. Price was very competitive (remember, probably my only slight negative is that they won't necessarily offer you the best price in-store, so check for any specials or coupons). They text you a report after your service of everything that they checked and their reading. In my case, they noted low coolant and low brake fluid. (I believe they sell an upgraded oil change where they will do a fuller inspection and maybe refill these as well.) The waiting area is comfortable with a couple of couches and a chair, provided waters, and a TV. Bathroom was fine but out of paper towels. The woman at the front (I think Sofia) was helpful and polite. You're not going to get the 10-minute Valvoline experience, but you'll pay less and get an overall better service if you use M and M. I will return.
