  Our AC was on the blink on the hottest day of the year. We are from out of town. Took a chance, called for service. This place got us in and out in a couple of hours, we couldn’t have been happier! Thanks for your great service!

  Im not happy at all with this company!! I sent my daughter to fix my AC with them and they said it needed a couple things done and changed her over 230.00 dollars and 3 days later it stopped working and now they want to charge her 900.00 and said it was something else she has to do in order for it to work when you go have a service done it should be 100% done because that is what your paying for she doesn’t have money to throw away and when I talked to there customer service he acted like he didn’t care well I was talking to him he was just talking to other people and saying ok well there nothing we can do !! So irritating 😡😡😡😡😡 it’s sad that shops are like this all about there money and don’t value customer satisfaction!

  Had my oil changed they forgot to put on a new oil filter And overfilled my truck with oil Then told me I would have to wait 2 hours for them to drain a quart out Very incompetent mechanics

  I usually go to the San Bernardino location, but tried Redlands since they were busy. Staff was friendly at first, but the experience went downhill quickly. They tried to raise the price because they forgot to include required parts/service in the initial estimate, forgot to refill a reservoir they emptied, and reinstalled my glove compartment incorrectly. To make matters worse, they never called back to address these issues. I won't be returning to this location.

  I brought in my 2022 Mustang GT for just an oil change with a Groupon for M&M Alternators and Batteries because it was a great deal compared to taking it to the dealership or Jiffylube. Making an appointment was very easy, and all the staff were extremely friendly and it felt like they truly cared about the work they do and providing quality service to my vehicle. It was also very timely as they finished in a little over an hour. During the oil change they spotted that the wiring on one of my O2 sensors had been burned and needed replacing, and showed me a photo. It was an issue I knew existed but had not had the chance to check out myself until then. I was impressed with their professionalism and by the great price so I brought my car back for a transmission fluid change a few days later. I had also purchased a replacement O2 and had them install it for me. Upon inspection they realized a different harness was actually the issue, and one of their technicians was able to cut out the burned section of wires and splice together with the working portion to make it work just as good. They even ziptied them out of the way of the heat for me to avoid future issues. I was in and out in 2.5 hours which I thought was great for the work they did. I once had to leave my car overnight at Ford for just an oil change which I found ridiculous. I would highly recommend anybody to bring their vehicle here for diagnosing issues, maintenance work, and competitive pricing. They were very honest about their work and didn’t seem like they were just trying to gouge money out of me. I will definitely be coming back.
