  The guys are really nice. The girl up front... Well ...😒 We were happy with the service, but the carm.. well it worked fine its just that we will get a different car next time. Was not our favorite. 👍We still HIGHLY recommend Enterprise👍 Good prices (we are waiting on the return deposit still and will update if needed).

  We were traveling in RV and stopped in redlands CA for 4 days while going to world cup in las Angeles. Enterprise came and picked us up at RV park the lady that picked us up was wonderful she was very knowledgeable about area. After taking rental back they were able to take us back to RV park for our departure and the your lady from Mexico was very nice also .

  So I had a vandalism claim through my insurance on my minivan. My insurance went through Enterprise. I called over to make sure I can get something comparable and I was instructed to show up at 4:30 pm and that they would be able to have something for me. Showed up and they had so many disgruntled customers because they over promised vehicles. I had to leave after waiting an hour. I told the rep that I needed a large vehicle for the weekend. I was contacted right before they closed and told to come by first thing in the morning. That they would have a large SUV vehicle ready for me with several options. I was told to expect about an hour wait so to try to be the first in line. I showed up at 7:10 am this morning and I was the first person in line. A rep came outside to greet me and said she remembered me from yesterday and said that she had 2 options: a Mazda or a Ford. I was irate at this point because these are crossover vehicles. I told her that Enterprise overpromised and failed to deliver. I told her that they just wasted my time again. I’m upset because had they told me that they were going to place me in a crossover, I would’ve stayed home. She then proceeded to say that she can cancel the rental, I was like my ride already left and that I was stuck there. I just took the vehicle and left. The Mazda they gave me is so grimy, the seats are dirty and sticky. The vehicle has scratches and dings all over which is understandable considering it’s about 2 years old, but the car was filthy. I’m just upset of my time being wasted. She then went on to say that I would have to pay out of pocket if I wanted something bigger and I said that’s not a problem for a few extra bucks but I mentioned that I was also offered a voucher for the inconvenience. Honestly, how hard is to be honest with someone and not over promise so as to not waste people’s time. My time is valuable and I have complied with Enterprise and they seem to simply not care. Customers are just numbers to them and that is not fair. They are getting paid for their services. I reached out to customer service as soon as I got home. A manager is supposed to call me. I hope they can remedy this situation because I am fuming.

  My new husband and I had a reservation for 10 a.m. we got there at 10:30 after I called and explained we would be late. We didn't leave there until 12:45 p.m., no one talked to us about how long it would be either. We made our reservation for 10 a.m. so we could drive to Utah so we could see my husband's grandmother in the hospital before visiting hours were stopped, we didn't make it on time so we had to book a hotel room (instead of heading to Phoenix to see my grandparents) so we could see her in the morning. A two hour delay caused us to push all of our plans back by 12 hours and resulted in us spending $300 in last minute hotel rooms. I have been trying to get ahold of a manager for over a week now and no one has bothered to get back to me.

  We've rented here a few times and every time we've had no issues. We do reserve beforehand so I can't speak for walk ins. We rented from here 3 times within a year and also 3 times many years ago. It's been great all 6 times we've rented there. The staff are friendly and make it easy and quick to get in and out. Only suggestion is when you return and no one is around or you're waiting for a few minutes, call and let them know in case they are busy or the others don't relay to the front someone is waiting. 😉
