Horrible wait time. They had several people waiting for cars. But the place is clean and the staff decent, wasn't their fault.

Dont rent a car here they provided me a vehicle with no coolent and a dead battery charged my company 70$ to jump it when roadside came to fix it they said take car back its critically low on coolent also charged my company I work for 3 times and dident offer me a upgrade for the inconvenience. Steer clear of this places AVIS is better. They are trying to put me into another broke down nissan. Wasted half my day with a broken down vehicle because of them.

I’m here for the second time. My mistake, but you need to know what to expect. I did my check in last night. Doesn’t make a difference. Ten people in line at my 9 am pickup time. You still need to wait to check in and then they tell you it’s 40 mins to an hour to get your car. One super nice guy alone at the front desk. So finally checked in after 45 mins in line. Service interaction is professional and kind, but they must do better with wait times.
