  This auto zone might be the one to go down hill there’s a video surfacing on Instagram right now by a worker of the name Luis in the video u see him calling a costumer out of there name and trying to assault them or fight them u can hear and see in video when he calls him out of his name and proceeds to tell him to step outside like as if they going to fight this is really sad because I go to that auto zone quite often so to see this is who there hiring now and days is just terrible I’m sure nothing will be done because they mask alot of things but be sure to spread the word and let people know not to come here

  Such rude costumer service don’t know what’s up there was a guy working today when I went in at 12pm today his name was Luis very rude and angry towards his costumers he told me it’s not his job to help me pick car parts when I was just trying to make sure I don’t get the wrong part he told me I should know what I’m doing and know what car parts my car is because I drive it I’m a lady and don’t really know much about cars he was just very angry and mean to the people I don’t know what’s going on with this auto zone but the other manger on stand by just stood there and laugh like as if they do this to people daily u guys need to run back ground checks on these guys because the way Luis acted today can land him in jail and put ur company at a liability possibility sued Luis is filled with hate he is a very bad employee

  It’s been several years since I had been to Redlands Autozone, but based on my experience today I am going to give 5 stars, a rating I rarely give. A surprise (short) rain revealed that I badly needed new windshield wipers. Since I was already out, I ducked into the Autozone. The young lady at the front desk (sadly, I neglected to get her name) very quickly determined the wipers I needed, despite my ignorance as to specific information. Haven rang up the order and, without prompting, offered to install the wipers. At my age I’m not too proud to accept an offer of help (all the help I can get!), and Haven quickly had the wipers in place. (Of course, now it won’t rain here for six months.) Everyone at the store was very courteous. Since I’m not a car guy I can’t say how efficient Autozone might be in furnishing more esoteric parts, but I have never been disappointed there.
