You can always depend on autozone. The next best thing to O'Reilly's.

I have to give a review for your employee Nick and Shelby I was just recently there and a catastrophic accident happened right in front of the store actually Landing in the parking lot of the store hurting and elderly man severely bad instead of standing around doing nothing these two gentlemen jumped into action they grabbed a Jack to Jack the car off the gentleman as I threw a tourniquet on his leg and we waited for First Responders the way these gentlemen responded and acted to the situation was above and beyond whoever the manager is are in charge of these men you better be very thankful and bless you have these men on your team unlike most people that would panic and freak out please gentlemen instantly sprung into action assisting me and my brother with trying to get him out from under the vehicle if I was ever in a shitty situation these are two men I would love to have by my side

This auto zone might be the one to go down hill there’s a video surfacing on Instagram right now by a worker of the name Luis in the video u see him calling a costumer out of there name and trying to assault them or fight them u can hear and see in video when he calls him out of his name and proceeds to tell him to step outside like as if they going to fight this is really sad because I go to that auto zone quite often so to see this is who there hiring now and days is just terrible I’m sure nothing will be done because they mask alot of things but be sure to spread the word and let people know not to come here

Such rude costumer service don’t know what’s up there was a guy working today when I went in at 12pm today his name was Luis very rude and angry towards his costumers he told me it’s not his job to help me pick car parts when I was just trying to make sure I don’t get the wrong part he told me I should know what I’m doing and know what car parts my car is because I drive it I’m a lady and don’t really know much about cars he was just very angry and mean to the people I don’t know what’s going on with this auto zone but the other manger on stand by just stood there and laugh like as if they do this to people daily u guys need to run back ground checks on these guys because the way Luis acted today can land him in jail and put ur company at a liability possibility sued Luis is filled with hate he is a very bad employee
