  I’ve come to this car wash many times and never have had a problem. My son loves it. This time I went through, I noticed I was stuck at the end longer than normal, didn’t think anything of it. When I came out and parked by the vacuums, I noticed my entire license plate and frame had been ripped off. I let the staff know and they searched for my plate. After finding it, I was told “it looks like your screws are too short for this wash”. To which I said “I’ve come here several times and never had a problem”. I didn’t receive an apology for the issue and was told “well the wash is programmed correctly and hasn’t changed”. I know washes like this are not perfect but it still impacted the exterior of my car. But this response was very disappointing. To put the blame on the customer after the wash did damage to my car. With ZERO apology. Needless to say I will not be coming back to this wash again.

  On my last visit I had some questions regarding my membership but didn’t want to hold up the line. Carter came over to assist me and was able to answer my questions confidently, professionally and quickly to get me back on my way. Thank you Carter!
