  Bought this set of tires from Point S. Just got back from 1200 mile road trip, car was making a faint thumping / rumbling noise on the return leg from the rear of the car. These tires have acoustic foam glued in, which can (admittedly rarely) detach and throw off balancing. Called and made appointment, spoke with Colin. Checked in and Colin confirmed they would dismount the rear tires and see if they could determine what the issue is. 45 minutes later I get a call back, "we found the problem, there was a soccer ball in the trunk, once we moved that there was no noise"... Ok guys, I didn't drive 1200 miles with a soccer ball, also, I thought we were going to look at the tires? "Ok I'll pass that on and see what was can do". Walk in 35 minutes later, "he's out driving the car". Colin returns and declares, "there is no noise". Great, except there is. I've owned the car since new and put all 50,000 miles on it. Maybe it's not the tires, but extremely disappointed that "we'll dismount the tires and look" turned into, "we took two test drives in your car and don't hear anything", 1-1/2 hours lost. Will shop elsewhere next time.

  They do good work for a fair price. Very upfront on everything. What its going to cost and why, no jerking ya around etc. I take my personal and work vehicles here.

  Stopped by another business thrive automotive who tried to charge me $70 to fix my skid plate I thought that was way overpriced so came to point S they got me right in fixed my issues the staff there were kind, helpful, so amazing! I’ll continue to come here for any issues.
