  Prompt service and the rentals are clean and reliable. Never a long wait and staff is very friendly and eager to help make my experience great. Will definitely be using them again.

  Enterprise staff was courteous and efficient. The Enterprise vehicle was very clean and of great quality; shuttle car service was supurb.

  If I could give zero stars I would. I've been utilizing Enterprise for years now , but having been to them in awhile. Last time I rented a car at the Redding, CA. Location was possibly 1 year ago. They had totally different staff then and they were great. Needless to say this bunch they have now are horrible ( or atleast the ones I delt with). From the on start they didn't seem to want to rent me a vehicle. I was told several different things from ," (1) we can't take debit cards for 7 passenger vehicles, must be credit ( 2) we can't do partial payments on 2 different credit cards." And this is after another guy told me we could do it like that. Also was told," we can't do debit cards if you have an out of town address on your driver's liscense. " Honestly , I won't be renting from this site ever again.

  I can`t say how much I appreciate Jo at this location. Hopefully I spell her name correctly. I picked up my rental car from Medford airport where they sneakily increase my bill without my approval. I kept calling the Medford airport location, as well as Enterprise customer service, 4 days in a row. Every time they just left me hanging and waiting, but no real solution at all. I was already upset before I returned the car at Redding location. As soon as I told Jo about my experience, she helped me solve the problem immediately, easy and quick. After the return, they sent me back to the hotel with a free shuttle. If I go back to Redding, I would definitely rent from this location for their service.
