  Redding Enterprise has awesome employees that make renting a car an extremely pleasant experience. This last vehicle had a slight mechanical issue and the employee helping me made up for all of this with his outstanding customer service. Will definitely be renting from here in the future .

  Excellent service from the moment I walked in, clear up until I returned the rental. Was told if I was unsatisfied, to come back and they would make it right

  This is the only rental car place in Redding so I’d say just be careful with them ! They added their Insurance to a rental car I got Even though I had my own insurance And Insurance of the guy that hit me ! When I went to drop off the car, they charged me $455 When I told them The lady did not explain this to me Before I signed anything The guy that was there that day didn’t care Wasn’t trying to give me a refund Or anything He eventually Said he would give me half of the money back Which it seemed like I did receive it But a month later when it posted from my bank It shows That they took the full amount I went back in there Called four different times trying to speak to the main manager, but the same guy (the assistant manger) that charged me that much will never let me talk to the main manager he Says he’s busy or that he’s out Which I think is so messed up and unprofessional that you guys are okay with doing this to people for what commission?

  I was in a car accident and enterprise was the local solution to my car needs while my car was being worked on. They put me into a newer version of my current vehicle- which was super nice. The only issue I had was the day my car got returned to me (the one that was in the shop) I got an email at 5:09 that my car needed to be returned that day and this location closes at 6. Jake, the guy who checked me, in was kind and sympathetic toward my position and that immediately refused my stress about the whole situation. Thanks to everybody at enterprise for making my experience so easy.

  I have rented numerous times through Enterprise. I have never had a bad experience. My last rental was a pickup truck. The truck was really nice and clean. The employees were all courteous and efficient. I will continue to use Enterprise.
