  Very pleased with the customer service, we rented from a different branch and returned to the Redding Enterprise and the return was very quick despite how busy it was. Jovannah was very professional throughout the return process and was also respectful when listening to my concerns about the experience I had with another branch where I had originally rented the car from. I would definitely recommend the Redding Enterprise due to the excellent customer service I received.

  I had several rentals consequtively from December through July following my car accident. Jose and Michael, the first and second store managers that I worked with at the Redding, CA office were the most professional, kind, understanding, flexible and accommodating customer service managers that I have ever encountered. I genuinely appreciate the amount of care that they took to make sure my kids and I had a vehicle until we bought a new one. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the help during one of the hardest seasons of my life! 11/10 would recommend!
