  Great customer service!!! I had to exchange my car and was helped by a young lady who went out of her way to complete the background process to get me in and out. I’m kicking myself because I can’t remember her name. To her manager, she helped me on 6/2/26 at approximately 1:30pm. She was awesome! And the young man who pulled my car around was super fast. Thank you both for a great experience. I was able to exchange the car, get lunch and get back to work in less than an hour.

  This location falsely accused me of damaging a car I returned there 3 weeks after the car was returned. They were open and I returned the keys to a male associate. I asked for a receipt and since I rented through Priceline they didn't give me one. Now I have received a claim notice for over $2400 saying the the damage is "all over". They are claiming I put all the little dings in the car that were there when I rented it. The car was not in perfect condition. My insurance agent advised me that this has become a common scam. Avoid this location!!!!!! They try to take advantage of hard working people!!!!

  The service was excellent upon rental and vehicle replacement. The first vehicle had mechanical issues the employees would not have caught as unless they had driven the vehicle. They are counter workers.
