I have been an Enterprise customer for many years, but my recent experiences, especially at this location, have been absolutely unacceptable. The lack of professionalism, customer service, accountability, and willingness to help customers is beyond disappointing.
First Incident – Confirmed Reservation, But No Car Available
I made a reservation through Enterprise and arrived at this location expecting to pick up my rental car. To my surprise, they had absolutely no vehicles available, despite my confirmed booking!
What made the situation even worse was that the staff made absolutely no effort to find an alternative solution. They didn’t offer to check availability at another branch, arrange transportation, or even provide helpful advice. They simply left me stranded.
As a result, I had to pay $50 for an Uber just to get back home, all because Enterprise failed to honor my reservation.
I contacted Enterprise customer service and specifically requested that a regional manager contact me regarding this unacceptable experience. Nobody ever called me back, and no one took responsibility.
Second Incident – Not Even Willing to Wait ONE Minute!
Despite my previous experience, I decided to give this location another chance.
On another occasion, I needed to return my rental vehicle. The location was scheduled to close at 5:30 PM, and I called ahead to explain that I would arrive at approximately 5:31 PM — literally ONE MINUTE after closing.
Instead of showing even the slightest flexibility or consideration for a returning customer, they refused to accommodate me.
Their solution? Drive another 15 minutes to the Enterprise location in Mission Viejo to return the vehicle!
I understand businesses have operating hours, but when a longtime customer calls ahead and asks for just one minute of flexibility, you would expect at least some willingness to help. Unfortunately, customer satisfaction clearly did not seem to be a priority.
Enterprise Customer Service – Completely Unacceptable
My frustration goes beyond just this branch. Enterprise’s telephone reservation system and customer service have also been extremely disappointing. How can a company confirm a vehicle reservation, allow a customer to travel to the location, and then have absolutely no car available?
Even worse, when something goes wrong, nobody seems willing to take responsibility, follow up, or provide a reasonable solution.
A reservation should mean something. Customers depend on rental vehicles for work, travel, appointments, and other important commitments. Enterprise should understand that wasting a customer’s time and money is unacceptable.
My Strong Recommendation: Avoid This Location!
If you are planning to rent a vehicle, I strongly recommend choosing the Enterprise Mission Viejo location instead.
Based on my experiences, I would not trust this location when reliability, professionalism, and customer service matter.
I have been a loyal Enterprise customer for years, but the level of service I have recently experienced has seriously damaged my trust in the company.
Enterprise management needs to understand that customer service is not just about handing over car keys. It is about accountability, reliability, problem-solving, and respecting customers’ time and money.
Unfortunately, this location has failed to meet those expectations on multiple occasions.
Save yourself the frustration, wasted time, and unnecessary expenses. I strongly recommend avoiding this location.
