Manny helped explain to me clearly what I needed and without being pushy, suggested what I needed and was honest about it, showed me the history of my car, and and Arturo serviced the vehicle quickly and efficiently. I was in and out within 15 minutes. Thank you guys.

I had an amazing experience at Valvoline. This was my first oil change since getting my car, and Eddie made the process super easy. He was very informative on what it was my car needed and made suggestions on which were the most important to address now and which ones I could address later on when I have the money for it. The whole process took less than 30 minutes and my car felt great driving out of there after getting my power steering fluid replaced.

Great service! Very professional, helpful and very nice staff: Arturo the manager, Dylan and Kyle. Great teamwork. They did a full inspection - air filter, lights, liquid levels and tires. They replaced the engine oil, two brake lights and the whole service lasted less than 15 minutes. I highly recommend this location. I will most definitely be coming back for my other cars!

I typically go to Midas because they have the best rates in town however they were not open at the time that I needed to get my oil changed so I decided to go next-door to Valvoline. I pull in ask for an oil change. He sells me on an air filter. It’s time to pay and he tells me it’s $178. I am shocked. I am absolutely shocked because I’ve never paid that much for an oil change in filter. I ask him why it was so much he proceeds to tell me that with the war, the cost of oil has gone up, which I understand that but then he also tells me that other places such as Midas charge extra for checking your fluids and doing 30 point inspection on your vehicle. Now I know this is not true because I typically go to Midas and I get all of that done there. I say once again I am just shocked at what I am paying for this oil change He walks off and says then go find your oil change somewhere cheaper. And that’s exactly what I’m going to do. I will never go back to Valvoline. I will continue to go to Midas As I should’ve done in the first place because they are always polite they always explain everything thoroughly. Did y’all know that Valvoline charges a $16 labor fee on top of the $120 oil change? Plus your disposal fee, which I get plus your taxes which I get, but I do not understand the labor fee because I would think that’s included in the cost of your oil change. Do not go to Valvoline unless you want to get screwed over with no Vaseline.!!
