  First oil change on my new truck and the oil filter wasn’t tightened during the oil change. Luckily it didn’t do any damage but I have about 2 quarts of oil on my driveway and no oil in my engine. I will not be returning to this location.

  I felt as if these men took a part from my 2026 Honda Civic. The guys were talking secretly and were instructing the person underneath the vehicle about a specific part. I’ve been here before and never felt like this. The assistant manager was involved in what was going on. I’ll never return again!! Don’t take your new Hondas lady’s!

  I have a great experience every single time I come to this location. All of the staff are extremely nice and professional! Will helped me out today and was so informative and kind! He provided lots of helpful information about the recommended services that my car needed. I got multiple things done and left feeling super relieved. Thank you so much!! :)

  This place is an absolute clown show. My wife took our car here to get a simple oil change and came home with the entire bottom of our car removed. They took off the entire protective housing instead of just the metal skid plate and then told her they couldn't put it back on. Then they spilled all the oil we brought for them to use and tried to put their own generic oil in the car without telling us. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else more trustworthy for your cars maintenance.

  I think this location needs some help. Pulled in this (6-12) at 805am. 3 cars ahead of me. A guy comes up and i ask how much it will be. He says about $140-150. So i keep waiting. I finally get to the "next" position and they open my hood and scan my door. and I want to confirm oil. My GMC truck is brand new but changed oil from 0/20 to 0/40. They explain this is a European OIL blend and will be $270. I say that makes no sense. The mgr comes over and say we don't have it in normal oil. then goes away and comes back and says We just got it in.... I ask again. HOW MUCH? and now he says 340. but he can give me a discount. SMH....... So i simply say that is way out range... Thanks but ill go to dealer and pay 140. NOW i have to wiggle my way out...... LOL and of course they forgot to close my hood. SMH... the guys were NOT rude. Just lackluster.... There are 4 repair shops in the same complex that I'm sure would do the oil change for 140 or less. I hate writing NEG reviews. BUT i was frustrated. 45 min wasted. And there is NO way to get a price until you go there and wait in line.
