I went there for a oil change and a tire rotation on my work truck. Everything was fine. Drove the work truck 2 miles home and, over the weekend, found that they must have not reinstalled the lug nut cover, for my 26 ford truck correctly because it was now missing. I called them and they , customer service, put the manager and myself on the call. He listened to what was wrong and then said he would have to look at the " video" and then call me back. No call. Of course. So I look up this part online. eBay is about $40. OEM it ranges and I have not gone to the dealer to ask what they charge. My point is I drive 1k miles a week. I'm there maybe every 1-2 months for a oil change at about $150-200 a visit. I just want it replaced. Not looking for a discount or monetary compensation. I've also been a customer for years. Just disappointed. Second PIC is the other side they didn't install correctly but I caught that one before it fell off. Do they think I went home and removed the one only to complain?

I had a great experience here. I didn’t catch the first guys name who helped me, but he was very nice and attentive. Made sure I was helped right away and communicated with me every step. Roman also helped me and did great at explaining what I needed and why. Overall good experience and the guys here are all very sweet!

My wife took our 2017 Honda civic for an oil change. They only put 1 screw back on the aluminum cover under the car. It partially fell off while driving and started dragging on the floor. That’s not the first time I had an issue with this place. About a year ago we took the same Honda civic in and I let them rotate my tires. They told me one of the lug nuts was bad after they had put it back on the car. I told them I had spares and when they tried to remove i, it wouldn’t come off. They cross threaded the wheel stud and I had to replace the wheel hub and the wheel bearing. Beware

I’ve used Valvoline many times for our company vehicles, and one of the main reasons I continue coming back is the convenience and efficiency. Most of the vehicles I drive are covered under a fleet services account, which makes getting maintenance handled through Valvoline very easy. At this particular location, the technicians provided great customer service. The guys were hustling, moving vehicles through the bays, and working efficiently. Normally, I’m just looking to get the oil change completed and get back on the road. During this visit, however, the Valvoline team identified some additional items they recommended taking care of, including a tire rotation, wiper blade replacement, and air filter replacement. I did not request these additional services. The technicians recommended them, submitted them through our fleet services account, and received approval to perform the work. Since this particular vehicle is going to be assigned to a new employee in about two weeks, I was perfectly fine with getting everything taken care of while the vehicle was already there and the services had been approved. The issue came afterward when the Area manager/division manager—I’m not certain of his exact title—began making last-minute changes regarding the approved services. I overheard him questioning the technicians about completing the additional work because they were trying to keep vehicles moving through the bays within approximately 15 minutes. At that point, it seemed like they were starting to back away from performing services that their own team had recommended and already received fleet approval for. I completely understand that a busy location has turnaround-time expectations and performance goals. However, from a customer-service standpoint, it didn’t make sense. If your team recommends additional maintenance, obtains authorization from the customer’s fleet provider, and receives approval, the customer shouldn’t then feel like completing those services is an inconvenience because of an internal time goal. I spoke with the area/division manager and explained exactly that. Ultimately, they completed the approved services, and I appreciate that. My constructive criticism is directed toward the management side of the experience. Efficiency is important, but so is customer service. Conversations about turnaround times and whether technicians should complete already-approved services should also probably not happen within earshot of the customer. That can quickly turn an otherwise great experience into a negative one. Overall, the technicians at this location did a great job. They were hustling, professional, and efficient, and they took care of everything the vehicle needed. I appreciate their work and wanted to make sure they received recognition. My only concern was the last-minute changes management attempted to make after the additional services had already been recommended and approved.
