  Vavoline in Rancho has to be the best car service I’ve been too. They are friendly, fast, efficient and they truly get you in and out in 10mins for oil change. Don’t have to get out of the car which is convenient. Darren and D took care of me today. Definitely my go to spot. Highly recommend it. Thanks guys

  I stopped by to check my oil levels as my Hyundai usually burns oil frequently. Adrian helped me today. He topped off my oil and replaced one of wiper blades for me. He even gave me tips on how to maintain my car. He was so patient and professional! I would highly recommend this location.

  I had a great experience at this Valvoline! The whole process was quick, easy, and convenient. The staff was professional, and made sure everything was taken care of without making me feel rushed or pressured into anything I didn’t need or want done at the time. I really appreciated how efficient they were, especially since I was able to get my oil change done without spending a huge amount of time waiting. My car was taken care of properly. Thank you!

  Valvoline may cost a bit more but the service is great, comfortable and quick. Today was especially exceptional with Roman going beyond to get to air cabin filter while staying extremely professional and pleasant during hot summer. His manager, I believe Antonio? helped him discover hidden bolt that had stopped several at other establishments from solving the cabin filter mystery. Great job guys!

  This review is long overdue and I finally had the time to sit down and write this review. I came here once before when I had my mini cooper s a few years back and I love how quick they were while I get to just sit in my car. They're pretty good at checking everything which is a plus for me. I got an oil change a couple weeks ago helped by JT (I believe is name was) and Mason! Mason was directing me with my car then he asked me to turn on my blinkers and the headlights. I genuinely felt so bad because he was repeating himself a few time since I couldn't hear. My hearing is already not that great but it was also loud so it was hard to hear anything. I felt bad that he repeated himself like 3-4 times but he was still patient with me. JT was also awesome! He was giving me a run down and answering all of my questions. They check the air on my tires which I desperately needed because I felt like the car felt off. My dad is usually the one to take care of all the cars (although once in a blue moon I would do the ones I drive) but he was out of country with my mom and I forgot to remind him. They recommended a couple things for the car but declined because to be honest I don't care about this vehicle since it's just a temporary one I only use when I have to drive far and I'm going to sell it sometime next year. I loved my experience here as always and definitely will come again.
