    I had a 830 am appointment on Saturday, got there at 815am to check in. Sam the service manager said there was 4 people. I went to go grab some breakfast came back to shop 915 am. Sam calls me to the counter and tells me everything that's wrong with the car. If I wanted to fix the car I would brought it in for service. Not for an oil change. Sam proceeds to go to the service bay and tells the mechanic, " just oil change ". They had been holding my oil change pending me refusing the other repairs? Sam attempts to check me out but it's not my account and I have to give him my name again and it was for an oil change. He has to input another account first before he can pull up mine. I finally, get out by 1030 am. 2hrs for an oil change. I will never. Go back there again.
