    Had an appointment for brake service. Walked in and the front desk guy was helping another client and told me he'll be right with me. Another guy walks in 10 minutes after I did and he began to help the guy before he helped me. I walked out and cancelled my appointment.

    Went for tire rotation 3 times too busy. Finally went and they were able to get me in. Tech told me he couldn't rotate due to wear. Tire was just getting close to wear marks. His opinion and mine not same. Looks like you only want to sell and not service. I will find another honest dealer.

    Very poor. I dropped off my tire at 1:00pm to have it repaired. I told the assistant manager that I would return at 4:00pm to pick up the tire. At 4:00pm, when I returned, y tire had not been repaired. I had to wait for it to be worked on. I asked the assistant why the work had not been performed. He gave excuses as to warranty had to be verified, that the technician didn’t have time, that I was not at the shop waiting so there was no urgency. I told him that he did not call me. I would have told him that I was going to pay for the repair not warranty. Poor managerial judgment.
