  I had been to two shops prior to finding Master Auto Care and all that happened was money veing flushed down the toilet, but Master Auto Care took their time diagnosed the issue, then solved the problem while maintaining excellent communication and customer service. I will recommend them to any and all who need vehicle repairs!!

  Staff was in contact with me every step of the way, keeping me updated with there findings and I was in complete control of what repairs would be done Will definitely be using them again

  if you like being in the dark about repairs and dealing with terrible customer service then this place is meant for you showed up for my 10am appointment and had to wait 20+ mins since the receptionist wasn’t at her desk. when i walked across the street she was on her phone. i let her know how long we’ve been waiting and she just said “i’ll be over” without any apology. then had to deal with constant miscommunication on how long repairs would take and would go days without any updates. even when the car was ready i was only given 1 hour notice to pick up or it would have to stay there for the weekend.

  Sandy is awesome and is very friendly. I like that they don't try to price gouge or tickle and dime you. They also don't take forever for repairs.

  Took my car to a few shops which couldn’t figure out my electrical issue on my Mazda, brought it to master auto and they did a full diagnosis, and let me know exactly what my car needed within 1 day! Sandy and Oscar kept me updated throughout the entire process! Excellent service highly recommend
