  Ernie was amazing. He always had a smile and helped us with our rental car plus explained the costs plus deposit upfront. When we returned the car we were greeted by Ernie again with a smile. We were in and out within 10min. Great customer service and the car was great to drive. Enterprise also picked us up which was super helpful. Thank you Ernie, Ed (who picked us up) and Enterprise for raising the bar in the car rental business. Great job!

  since Fox cancelled my reservation at the airport, I had to rent locally. I was happy to hear that Enterprise would come to get me at my hotel! I was picked up by Ed and we had a nice chat on the way to get the car. there I met Eric, he couldn't be nicer! the car was a mess! the steering wheel shook while driving the highway, and it sounded like it was super tired going up an on-ramp to the highway. It was a small Mitubishi. Two hubcaps on the front wheels were missing, various scratches and dents were all documented. It was last minute so I was grateful. I got to return it at the airport so again it was expensive but convenient.

  Got a rental through my insurance due to accident. Went to the Rancho Cucamonga location off of day creek and the 210 freeway. The gentleman working there was working by himself everytime i went in . (Had forgotten my ID when i picked up the car so had to go back the next day to get it) but he was always busy either outside washing the cars making sure they were ready, checking the inside of the store for customers. And when i dropped off the car he had 3 people he was helping back to back with no stress . He deserves a raise . He was kind and helpful, would go back just because of him. Didn’t even have to do paper work he had everything set up ready for me when i got the car. And dropped it off with no hassle.

  My first time renting a car from this location. I would do it again. I had no issues with communication. And pick up and drop off were very smooth.

  Had an amazing time exploring Los Angeles! A huge thank you to the team at Enterprise Rancho Cucamonga for making our trip even better. From the excellent customer service to the positive energy and professionalism of Anicia, everything exceeded our expectations. The selection of vehicles was fantastic, and the entire rental process was smooth from start to finish. Thank you for helping make our LA adventure memorable. We'll definitely be choosing Enterprise Rancho Cucamonga again the next time we visit Los Angeles. Highly recommended!
