  Honestly a mess to deal with. Rented here because it was central to my workplace. I had an insurance claim that provided me with a rental, so maybe they treat insurance differently? I called at 10am to make my reservation here for later in the day. I came in and multiple people who walked in after were taken in before me. Then was told by the guy I talked to on the phone earlier, that my reservation did not exist. I was reserved for a full size sedan, they instead tried to give me a Trax. I refused the vehicle, asked if I could have one of the sedans on the lot, preferring a Jetta. There were at least 2, maybe three on the lot at that time. They responded with “You have to wait until everyone else gets their vehicles before we can consider that for you.” I had to get back to work so I said I would be back Monday for a Sedan. Monday comes and they put me in a Malibu. I took it without question, however later that day I was not able to fit it in the garage I park in while at work. It was about 7 inches too long. Again, I called in to see if they can accommodate for a smaller sedan. So possibly the Jetta or even a Civic if it was available. This started the issues between the manager and I. He told me he would reserve a Versa or Sentra for me but could not accommodate the standard size Jetta. Which didn’t make sense to me. If you can’t reserve the car I’m requesting, how can you reserve the car you want to put me in. All in all, I couldn’t drive my rental so it sat in a business parking lot for a week and a half. I would have to Uber to my rental just to drive it. I spent $40 in Ubers trying to make it work but just gave up and parked it since it was more of a hassle to deal with. I was able to drive the car maybe 150 miles at max in a week and a half while I usually do about 50 miles daily. I understand I have a unique situation, but I just got into a car accident and with no one there to help. This manager and one employee made it harder to deal with. Also the Malibu was nasty inside. Stained seats and chocolate in the gear shifter. Crumbs all over the place. One worker made a comment about me being able to clean it better since that’s the line of work I’m in.

  Staff was great! From the kind older gentleman that picked me up from caliber collision to the staff that arranged for my rental truck and checked me out, the whole team was great! Very pleased with the service and the vehicle I used. Keep up the amazing work Rancho Cucamonga Enterprise (Foothill Blvd.)!
