    Sold the car I was renting and expected me to return for exchange that day. A rental car is something that should be a convenience that you shouldn't have to think about. Quite the inconvenience actually.

    Horrible . No communication. They dont even give a clean car no more. Dirty as heck. Then the manager was useless . To busy talking to other employees instead of helping customers

    I had an unpleasant experience with enterprise traveling from California to Indiana. Anita in Rancho helped me solve my problems and put my mind at ease she was very sweet and understanding. She deserves a raise and I give her 10+ stars. Nate in Evansville Indiana should take note from her.
