  Came in for a windshield replacement on a Subaru. Shop installed the wrong type of glass since Subarus require thinner glass for EyeSight technology to work, thus messing up the recalibration. Came back for the proper glass to be installed, but recalibration failed again. Not only that, I found a scratch on the outside, something that the technicians could not detect from the inside of the car?? Was told that I needed to take the car to a dealership. Hard water marks and debris were found in the field of view of the EyeSight technology cameras, but also cameras were improperly seated. Subaru service technicians advised that I now have to get a new camera because of unnecessary pressure being put on the camera, therefore affecting the optical axis, and that I am advised to get a new camera installed. I am very fortunate that I filed an insurance claim, so I will be getting reimbursed. Had Safelite been transparent with me and their work, I would have been forgiving, but clearly there was a lack of integrity and competency in this repair. Definitely do not recommend this shop location.

  Was just starting a road trip when I rolled down my window and heard a loud bang and the window wouldn't go back up. I called Safelite and they had an open appointment same day. It turned out it was the regulator, not the glass. They had me back on the road same day. Very happy.

  Said they going to credit me $48.71 and only gave me a credit for $21.00. Manager not helpful, told him he was going to lose a customer and he said that’s fine.

  The appointment was easy to schedule within my availability. The staff was friendly and explained everything. The service actually took less time then they said it would. I would recommend them to anyone.

  Great experience! A rock hit my windshield and chipped it while on the freeway. Heard about safelite, went to the website and was able to make an appointment for a repair right away. Technician came to me and made the repair in a timely manner. Was friendly and communicative. Would definitely recommend.
