  I have an Audi windshield which requires Audi part and calibration. I came early for my appt at the in person service center. I had a friendly greeter who thanked me for the early arrival and said he would strive to get me done in my short 3 hour window. I sat quietly and waited. My name was called and car was ready before 930, which happened to be less than 2 hours. I know that isn’t always possible depending on their schedule. I appreciate that they knew my situation and were able to help me out. Sincerely appreciate their work ethic at the Rancho Cordova store.

  I’m a happy customer. The gentleman who handled and scheduled (Matt?) our claim and appointment was courteous and efficient. Daniel our installer was grea!. Fast, friendly, and did a good job. I’ll use Safelite again in the future is I have windshield issues,

  Safelite has now twice canceled my appointment for a windshield replacement because they didn't order the moldings for my windshield. The first time it was in the middle of my appointment window and the second time it was about an hour before my appointment window. Horrific customer service and planning skills. I went with another shop and won't be using them again. The incompetence is unreal.

  I can't say enough good things about Larry with Safelite. He was awesome. Very knowledgeable, professional, and fast. He had my windshield replaced in less than 2 hours. Very happy with his work. The entire process is seamless and easy. Their pricing is substantially cheaper than what I was expecting to pay also. Less than 300.00 for a windshield replacement and done at my house for no extra charge is incredible! Thank you Larry and Safelite.
