  I would always ask for Jordan when having a windshield replaced he kept me apprised of his timeline, was courteous, friendly, professional, efficient, and overall did a spectacular job.

  I had a great experience with the windshield replacement service. The process was quick, professional, and hassle-free. The technician arrived on time, did an excellent job, and made sure everything was installed properly before finishing. The quality of the work was excellent, and the price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs a windshield replacement! 1st time using Safelite and won’t be the last, great job. Thank you!

  Very professional and the tech that helped me went out of his way to satisfy me. Instead of rescheduling because he didn't have the correct glass (totally my fault) he went back to his shop to get the correct one and came back later that day to complete the job! As long as most of their techs are this professional and courteous, I'd recommend Safelite to everyone.

  ⭐ 1-Star Review Very frustrating and disappointing experience with Safelite. This was the second time I scheduled a mobile appointment with Safelite and no one showed up. Both times, I canceled all of my plans and stayed home because I was expecting the technician to come. I had a doctor’s appointment and also needed to meet with my kids’ teacher, but I rearranged my schedule around the Safelite appointment because I trusted the company to keep its commitment. For this appointment, I was given a 7:00 AM–11:00 AM arrival window, and Safelite even showed me the assigned mobile technician. I waited at home, but no one came and there was no proper communication. I understand that unexpected problems can happen, but this has happened twice. My time is valuable too. Customers should not have to cancel important plans and spend hours waiting at home for a company that doesn’t show up. I am extremely disappointed with Safelite and hope the company takes this seriously and improves its scheduling and communication. After two no-shows, I cannot recommend Safelite.
