  It was cool that they came and picked me up at the repair shop. Staff was super friendly, even when it seemed he was super busy, he never broke stride. Meaning he stayed friendly and nice to every customer. The only thing bad I found is that as for the rental vehicle, even though it looked clean, the inside of the windows were very dirty, especially the rear window. I had to pull over into gas station and clean them.

  Rented a car online, did all the pre booking online entered my credit card details. Showed up the next morning with all the documents requested and they decided to ask for my passport (which I didn't bring). I cancelled everything and I was able to rent from a different place nearby. Don't recommend this business, they don't care about their customers.

  My bronco sport was in the shop for 4 days so they set me up with a car here. Wouldn’t have left a review good or bad had they not taken $60 of our deposit to fill a ford escape half tank and if the car didn’t smell like literal poop that I had to drive with the windows down and put an air freshener in. It was clearly not cleaned after previous driver with spill marks and dust and bad smell. Wouldn’t recommend at all

  Poway Enterprise has a good customer service. The cars are always clean before renting to the customers.Mostly, the car's we rented is new and reliable.
