Racist customer service who gives white people priority instead of customers who actually arrive to pick up a car with an appointment first. Awful and messy scheduling too; they were out of cars despite us scheduling a time to rent a car, and we were told to just wait for someone to drop off a rental.

So much enjoyed the awesome service we got at the Poway, California Enterprise Rental car place. We think each and everyone of the employees there that were awesome from the inside to showing us the vehicles outside and checking us out once we brought the car back. Everyone was awesome. Thank you.

O Shawn your a terrible, horrible, awful worker. You need some severe training. I had a 10am pick up, 1035 comes and not 1 person in the building. Finally got someone. Started papers after I was called up to the desk a few times then told nevermind. Finally started paperwork for my rental, and it was 1 issue after another. Finally my handicap mom comes in with a cane and this kid said how I'm not worth his job and all I was doing was asking questions. He started in with personal issues. Told him this is a business i dont care to hear his personal issues. So what does SHAWN DO???
Shawn turns to my mother and I.....told us to get the he out. We're not worth his time and find another company to do business with. I mean really?
I ask questions and you say find another company? You dont want money huh? Okay. Hertz does. So thank you Shawn for your recommendation to hertz. They were so kind an easy and professional.

They have free shuttle service. Shuttle guy was really nice. He told me he usually does the detailing for the cars. Safe driving, friendly conversation, uplifting when I was so upset about leaving my car at the collision center. I didn't get his name, but he sure does need a promotion!
Wait for checking out a car was decent. I think I waited about 15 minutes. Rental car drives okay. It was clean, full of gas, and ready to drive.
Downside is once they hear you need a new car, they will push you on the phone saying they will give you a "referral". Josh guy was pushy and I told him "no" for any referrals because I'm not interested in buying any used rental car that has been retired. He still signed me up for phone text messages about the used cars they are selling so I had to report the messages as spam. I am also getting people from Enterprise reaching out to me most likely about buying their used cars.
Make sure you get the signed rental agreement before you leave their lot! I pick up my car on May 20th from their lot and I signed their form on the tablet. I was told the signed form would get sent to my email address I provided within a few minutes. I called them several different times at 3 different numbers and each time they would tell me something different: they would send it to me after they help a customer in front of them, they have to get their manager, they ask again for my email address and say they sent it and it would get to my email address in a few minutes, I can't get the form because I have to return the vehicle first, I can't get the form because the vehicle has been returned and invoice was closed, etc. It has been 3 weeks and now I returned the car already. I talk to the manager Sean and he says he has no control over it and have to ask corporate. I signed the form, why can' I get a copy? My guess is that they lost my signed form. I wish they would be honest and just tell me they lost it instead of telling me to wait another week before corporate gets back to them. Rather than have me chase around for nothing.
