Second time the manager, I assume, was upselling from the beginning. Including oil leak scare tactics and services the car didn't need. Typical quick oil shop stuff.

Taylor found a piece of plastic that had attached itself to our exhaust pipe and was able to strip it off beautifully. Jared, Nick, and Johnny did a beautiful job flushing out the oil and replacing the filter, so there was no longer a leak. They were very gracious and quick! Very satisfied!

I try to keep my truck in great condition, but the way it was handled here was disappointing. Some of the younger techs did not seem to have much respect for customers’ property, and I would not feel comfortable bringing my truck back.
