  Bought a starter from Autozone on my f550 and the same one and have this issue again lasted only 11 months and they didn’t give me a refund only a replacement. Why would I take the replacement. It will just go out extremely soon and this starter did not even give me any signs of going out. It was a Duralast starter the most expensive one. I cannot take any chances with the poor quality starter, especially when I use my truck to work on the road.

  For many years I’ve tried so hard to always stray away from autozone ANY autozone,but today was inevitable,I walked in to purchase a new battery for my car, the sales man IVAN L sales MANAGER according to his name tag!! Said “oh this battery(my old battery) is still good,just need to charge it “ I said oh ok great I’ll be outside let me know when it’s ready” he said “ should take 30 minutes” so I walk out I wait outside for 30 minutes and then I get a phone call “oh I’m sorry ur battery is bad” I walk back into the store and say” how’s the battery bad” and he said” well couple of minutes when I connected it it started ringin notifying the battery was bad” I then asked “ if the first 2 minutes u realized it was bad why didn’t u tell me sooner soy I could buy a new one and leave instead of wasting 40 minutes of my life waiting for u to charge a battery that u knew was bad in the first 2 minutes..but he didn’t care so I just purchased the battery and left!! All auto zones r HORRIBLE their employees lack proper training or atleast proper customer service..nxt time im stranded id rather stay stranded instead of going back into an autozone…thats how horrible they are !!

  I came here because my engine light was on. Daniel was very professional and very helpful. He told me what was wrong and physically checked my (2) batteries and told me what to do and how to clean the posts. This is super helpful when you're in need. Thank you for a wonderful employee. This store is #1 for all your auto needs.
