  Great front-end service. Made an appointment they offer night drop, love that option. Car was first in, finished all the necessary work while keeping my updated with calls. First time at this Pleasanton location, would go here again.

  Had a evening soccer game in Livermore sunday and realized of my tires was abnormally low. As I was adding air I noticed a nail in the tire knowing I had a 3 hr drive back home didn't want to chance it so I called around found Tire choice which was 9 mins away from me went through the whole annoying pre- screening was able to secure an immediate appointment and was transferred to the shop were I got the office manager Jayden on the phone who said I could head straight over and he'd have me on the rack immediately when we arrived he was true to his word and got us in straight away... The technician Andy was immediately on the repair and had it done within no time so we could make my son's game on time... All around I give the whole experience a 10/10 ... thank you very much guys for the outstanding customer service and providing excellent service on my Suburban!!!

  I recently visited this establishment because I gotten a flat tire from a street hole an I couldn’t drive home. The young man at the desk was so understanding and nice about my situation and timeframe. They didn’t have my tire size in stock so they promptly ordered me one from a sister store near by. Talk about customer service!! I got to the shop at 4:30pm and they closed at 6pm . I never felt rushed or misled. They will continue to have my business because of how accommodating the young man treated me at the desk. Now the other employees could definitely learn to say hello when some in the lobby.

  Your store manager knew what was wrong and had the alignment tech fix it the first time. I’ve been to other competitors and spent so much money with them not correcting the problem. Thank You.

  On a rainy Sunday, I discovered a huge nail in my daughter's tire and immediately started calling around. Tire Choice was able to get me in within 30 minutes, which was already a relief. When I arrived, I was greeted by a young man named Daniel, who couldn't have been more professional, friendly, and thoughtful. He got me checked in quickly, knew I'd be waiting, and kept me updated throughout the process. He even made a point to say he'd do his best to get me out as soon as possible. I was in and out in under an hour, and it only cost $40 to remove the nail, especially impressive given the short notice and weather. Daniel's customer service really put me at ease. Highly recommend this place.
