  Made appointment last Friday, 45 minutes before I got there and was told sorry we don’t have anyone available to work on your car. I had JUST called. Made second appointment and called first to confirm appointment and was told they were running 4 HOURS behind. Rescheduled for today at 1:30, got there on time and was told the guy had to go to lunch and do “stuff” and it would be at LEAST an hour wait. WTH. 😡😡

  Don't come here for an emergency, couldn't schedule an appointment for later or drop off. It's quicker to call someone to bring a jack for a quick plug job.

  After taking confirmed appointment. I brought my vehicle in due to an engine light (code P3400). Despite having a scheduled appointment and having serviced my car at this facility just a month ago, I was told there was no guarantee my vehicle could not be seen today and there is only one worker, not sure why they gave appointment at first place. I was fine to return back for actual work next day and was requesting just primary look at oil level check, but was informed this would take several hours. I found the staff’s communication to be unprofessional and dismissive, which was particularly frustrating as I had taken time off work for this appointment

  I visited this tire shop for a puncture repair. The staff was polite, but unfortunately the actual leak was not properly fixed. A repair was done around the side area instead of the main puncture, and the tire still had issues afterward. I hope they improve the quality of their repair service in the future.
