    Kate was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the whole process. I mistakenly booked the wrong time online, but she went out of her way to call me, remind me, and even help communicate with the dealership. She made everything so much easier and saved me a lot of time and hassle. Really grateful for her support—she’s the best!

    I've rented cars from this location multiple times over the last few years. Today I learned that they will no longer be offering me a ride to my house 5 Mi away. So I guess this will be the absolute last time I ever go to this location. Kate denied my ride, even though there are destinations within Pleasanton that are further than my home. She said only rides within the city. Vanessa had amazing customer service and she definitely rectified the brake issue. Also, my rental car had warped brake rotors that made the steering wheel shudder while descending back from Tahoe. Update: I was charged TWO separate times for tolls. Each time I was charged a 5$ service fee!!! WHAT A RIP OFF AND SCAM!!!! I should've only been charged once for tolls.
