- TTTrish5 days ago5.0This location has become my go to for rentals. Most recent one was because my car was at the body shop for repairs. I was out of a car for 3 1/2 weeks. During pick up, they ran out of any kind of sedans, only SUV’s. Brought the car back the next day to exchange it. No issues. Shout out to Evan and Nick who took care of me. Both are accommodating and pleasant to deal with. Vanessa is also pretty chill and helpful.

They gave me a ride to Lexus Pleasanton nearby, which was appreciated. I would recommend this Enterprise location and would come back.

- SBSteve BransonJul 8, 20265.0The team is great! Eric handled my paperwork but I didn’t get the name of the young woman who helped me choose my vehicle. I chose the red Kia K4. Gets 40 mpg and although it didn’t have electric seats, it had adaptive cruise control and lane centering tech that makes a big difference. It was a little dirty so they washed it. And enterprise still picks you up and drops you off after the rental.

Not only that but the car they gave us was smaller than what we reserved. it means they charged more for small car and that meant we had to pay 300 dollars additional for a upgrade if we wanted a bigger car. when I was going to the pick up, they said the car was out. I was very upset because of their atitude. they said, you have to pay more have bigger car. I did not have time for arguing with them because I had appointment. I had several similiar experiences with enterprise before. i hope they do their business honestly next time. We just want what we reserved that's all.
