  Wonderful customer service. I had an issue with the first rental but once I told them the issue, they switched me to another immediately. Will absolutely use them again if the need arises and I definitely recommend!

  Wow!!! This location was phenomenal! I’ve rented a LOT of cars and this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. The entire team was helpful, courteous, quick and super friendly! I won’t rent a car anywhere else! Thank you so much - Arjun and team made a customer for life! Thanks for exceeding all high expectations.

  Rented for the second time from here, both were a great experience. The team literally goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction. They will not just throw a key at you, they give you options! Cars look in great shape and clean. Both times they were slammed so make sure you have a but of an extra time for pickup.

  Enterprise Rent-A-Car has great fantastic service! I highly recommend the Pleasanton office on Pimlico. We had a mini-van reservation with another car rental company and that company failed to deliver on our reservation miserably. It was late Friday afternoon and we were in dire need of a minivan for a family getaway for that weekend. Our previous rental with Enterprise on Pimlico went very well and we figured that let's just try and walk-in and see if they had anything. (We should have just gone with Enterprise from the beginning.). We walked in at 4:55pm on Friday at the Pimlico office and explained our situation. Evan O'Connell was the agent that helped us. He was sympathetic and very accommodating. He was able to get us a very nice Chrysler Pacifica on short notice. We were out of that office in about 30 minutes with a great minivan. Our getaway trip that weekend was wonderful. Evan and Enterprise on Pimilico saved our family trip and we are very grateful. Great customer service with extremely helpful and friendly staff!

  I’ve rented cars from this branch many times, and I’ve consistently had a great experience. I especially want to thank Nick, the manager, as well as Brian, Erik, and the entire team for always taking such great care of me. Everyone here is incredibly friendly, professional, helpful, and easy to work with. They always make the rental process smooth and stress-free and go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. It’s rare to find a team where everyone is so welcoming and genuinely cares about their customers. I truly appreciate Nick and the entire staff for all their help over the years. Highly recommend this location and this amazing team!
