  WARNING to anyone renting from Enterprise and planning to use a toll road: read the fine print on their toll pass program carefully. Their third-party billing vendor, Highway Toll Administration, does not send you one bill at the end of your rental. They send multiple separate charges over weeks, each time the toll authority reports usage back to them. Each billing cycle also carries a $4.95 per-day service fee. So instead of one clean bill, you get hit repeatedly. When I complained, they pointed to the rental agreement and moved on. No adjustment, no consolidation, no accountability. Enterprise has outsourced their toll billing to a company that profits from a confusing, drawn-out billing model and Enterprise takes no responsibility for it. Go elsewhere.

  Yeah, my wife and I came in to rent a car. Evan was in charge of helping us. I don’t often have great experiences, renting cars or have experiences that are memorable even but this one made it for me a little bit more hometown and I liked the way I felt when I left there haven’t took good care of us was hospitable, very professional and his products. Please somebody note that this guy was helpful and we appreciated seeing him in your store. Thanks Evan for all your help. We’ll see you out there one of these days again I’m sure my wife doesn’t recruit you to start swimming for Us lol

  What? I don’t get the bad reviews! For my husband and I all of them were perfect: resolutive, kind and friendly staff! 🙌🏼 we highly recommend this place if you’re planning to rent a car!

  First off I must say this place had a steady push of customers in and out and the staff was Busy, but the customer service was top notch! Even though they were swamped each customer was acknowledged and greeted upon entering……GOLDEN! Nic, Eric and Brian were awesome. Friendly, attentive and low key funny! Thanks guys- would definitely rent again. The vehicles were selected very nicely and curb side service is that added touch.

  May 4, 2026 4:00 pm I’ve been to this location in the past, but in the past week or two I’ve been here twice. Service has been fast and simple. Just remember to have your insurance information saved in your phone somewhere so you are not at the counter holding up the rental process. I’ve watched the various team members interact with clients and each one I watched did a great job. The gentleman who took care of me on both visits was Evan O’Connell. He didn’t fall short anywhere with the Enterprise procedure process. Just fast, professional service. You can’t lose with any of the crew but if you see Evan and work with him for your first time…tell him “Eric’s review is why I chose you.”😉 Hopefully your experience is, or was, as good as mine.
